What a shock I had after watching the TV Show for so long. The 1961 Movie was so different and the opening theme couldn’t showcase that more. At least I had Seaview’s dramatic entrance to snap me back into it. It took years for me to appreciate the movie on its own. Plus when you think about it, no movie, no TV show. They reused everything from the movie to make the tv show. Cut down costs considerably.
