I wonder how long it took you to prepare dinner cos' you started by 9pm and I'm guessing you served around 10pm.I actually thought eating after 8pm is unhealthy but you look healthy to me.Anything passed 8pm for me is usually measly but at the end of the day,everybody got a different metabolism.
Eating past 8pm isn't unhealthy but people like to say that so they don't overeat and can have a longer fasting period between dinner and the next days breakfast. I'm a night shift worker and will eat in the late hours because I sleep during the day. As long as you allow 3-4 hours between meals, don't over eat, mind your portions, and exercise, you'll be fine
I have lots of questions, but one why do you eat dinner by 9 thought is bad, and yesterday after workout i ate dinner around 10, because i didn't eat rhe whole of yesterday, can u pls gie. Like a routine or how i shoul start. This whoul workout food protein is confusing thanks 😅
