Strange request: can we have a video on how you store and reheat these? Do you freeze anything? Reheat in the over so the chicken can have a crispier taste? I’ve always seen meal prep videos but I’ve rarely/never seen anyone show the reheating/storage process.
I just found you a few weeks ago and you are my body goals! we literally have the same body type except im 5;8 down 189-180 aimimg for `160 and I tend to loose my chest fast however its been so inspiring following you to see that you are God fearing in your journey. I love the fact that youre eating "good tasting" food and still achieve body goals. Seeing this video literally made me feel like I dont have to be miserable to achieve my goals. Im starting strength training back up and im going to take your food ideas and fing my calories according to my weight!
This just made me so happy!!! Many people think you have to be eating things you don’t like in order to see results and that’s just not true. Balance is key, fitness shouldn’t feel like a chore! It’s a way to stay healthy and strong mentally, and physically, and having a bad relationship with food is far from healthy. Find a good balance that you can sustain, train during the week, stay hydrated, and enjoy the process 🫂🫶🏾
I liked how unique, tasty looking, and non-restrictive this meal prep was. You should do more of these so we can see more variety. I feel like other creators recipes look identical lol

Yeah nutrition is also very important. We need to be just as consistent with our protein as we are in the gym. Also eating the right amount of food everyday for our goal
