I'm a solid month into eating healthy and working out every day. The progress makes you addicted. I appreciate the daily vlogs it keeps me locked in. Instead of watching an hour of some bullshit, I'm watching an hour of inspiration and wisdom. You're the proof behind the madness. You've got a lot of potential physically and mentally. You can and have inspired the youth 💪
One month, well hopefully that turns into 1 year, and then 1 decade. You're still in the honeymoon phase, so it's less about being locked in and more about the fact that you're on this new path and it's going to be a lot of fun for a while. There will come a time when you have to remind yourself to lock the fuck in. That being said, listen to your body, and don't abuse yourself...if it hurts then it hurts for a reason.

Your daily training videos inspire me to train myself, it's like we're training buddies but we train at different times due to work or something like that and then compare our workouts afterwards. If your videos were every, every other or every third day, there would be a system, I can rely on there being a video that I can "compare" or watch to learn something or other (even if I'm three days behind). This has become my routine to watch during cardio. It gives me support during this cut phase and keeping me in check. Question have you looked into adding cauliflower and broccoli. 400 grams squares to only 100 calories so its very high volume and low calorie.
In regards to the question Sam was asked about junk food vs. healthy foods: On a cut, you want to have foods with high satiety content, medium-to-high protein and appropriate amounts of carbs and fats. As you have an overall lower calorie goal to reach daily, it makes it difficult to eat foods that seemingly fit your macros, but they don’t give you that satiety feeling, leading you to eat more, potentially going above your intended calorie intake. On a bulk, however, you still want your three main macronutrients, but you mainly want calorie-dense foods with low satiety content; this allows you to both bring in the desired calories whilst not feeling bloated by the end of the day.
Going back to the videos 12-18 months ago you definitely matured in terms of your lifting and nutrition. I can see the cinammon toast crunch is a thing of the past and now focusing on a lot more whole real food. Also your training was very hardcore and aggressive high volume and just trying to move the most weight. Now I can see you’re a lot more focused on getting the most stimulus and intensity with the least fatigue and damage.
This is by far the best condition you ever been.. really good progress and it shows diet and cardio pays off big time. My question to you is if we can expect your own line of supps or you got in plan to partner up with someone ? Im sure you got plenty of offers but I assume that post Hosstile deal you are more likely to do something on your own instead of signing a deal with other brand. Would be cool to hear your thoughts on this one. Cheers man

Yeah man idk he makes me feel like I have to eat even less on cut now. Currently on 2500 cals cut but man he's got a vid where it says he eats like 2400 calories and i was like alright im 6'4, 240lb and natural so should I just eat like sub-2000? 🤣

He is on quite a strong cut leading up to a show though and in a fairly short time frame. That's not representative of everyone
