Just did this and a 10 min Tricep.. Wuuh the burns Came up with a question; The hollow hold, are your shoulderblades off the ground? * And, would you recommend the Tricips or Biceps 10 minutes for this execise, or the Upper body calisthenics with dumbells?
Well done, yes shoulder blades just off floor during hollow. Pair this with either, generally no equipment Calisthenics tend to miss out biceps more than triceps so possibly choose that one.
