My 2016 gsxs1000 is insane after the chris moore tune. Can’t wait to get this sucker to the track. The instant throttle response is way better than the pc5 I was using.
It would be super cool if we could see some dyno overlays of the different exhaust systems on the same bikes. I think you've done CS Racing, Arrow with Yosh slip on, and M4 full exhaust on the GSX-S1000's now.
Mine made 156bhp on the dyno a few days ago and it´s stock with the exception of a pcv 5, would love to decat it but I like to ride in Germany sometimes and apparently the German police have the power to confiscate your motorcycle if you have tampered with the exhaust.

I have a feeling the answer is a lot. After looking at the specs for the CS racing system on the z900 vs other manufacturers, the CS is much heavier and providing far less hp gains than Akropovic or Brocks. That sucks as I really like the design of the CS.
Broham, I think you over state the gains of partial vs. WO throttle. (not all taking away from your awesome tuning work) At around the 6 min. mark you state the number two throttle plate is at 50% or 50 % power. That's not the case, otherwise your graph would show a doubling of power, if you went to 100% position in those locations and it doesn't. Imho. p.s. 144 hp for some thing that's considered a sport tourer is way good...that's probably as good as a XX Blackbird back in the day.

Secondary's are supposed to be for keeping up the air velocity when you whack the throttle open. They lag behind. But if they close, that's bad. Pop and bang tune is annoying to me.
Ive got the naked version here in uk been mapped and runs great stock header decat and dna filter, only thing i dont like is lumpy idle is it true thats in need of a throttle body sync? Thanks id love your input

I had several bikes and several different exhausts. CS Racing sounds the best. Performance wise, they are mostly the same if you compare de-cat hi-flo exhausts
Hey Chris, I don't know of you saw that 650ib had his tuner get 200hp out of his CBR, what are they doing differently to you that they got so much hp out of it. Is it possibly trade secrets?
Dynos all read differently depending on the air temp, altitude, tires, and so forth. It is also possible to manipulate dyno results and this channel is tons better than that clown.
@@jeffh278 but do you think they would really go as far as manipulating the dyno to "produce" those numbers. I do have a slight doubt that it really made 200whp but I would like to hear what Chris thinks about it considering he tuned a CBR just the other day.

I guess it is about time to send you the ecu for my 2016 GSXS 1000. Mine drives pretty smooth as it is so that is what makes it hard to spend the money for just a few more horses across the curve.

My 2016 GSX-S1000 now makes 145,6 hp at the wheel after ECU flash. And runs so much nicer,no snatchy jerky throtthe

Was this bike lowered or was it just strapped down, I have the exact same bike and trying to do a few things to make it look better
We tie them down pretty tight on the dyno so they look lowered.

@@ThatV12MiataBruh 650's bike is the new rr-r model. Completely different cbr then the 17-19 models he has done on the vids.

Not all bikes are gonna do the flames. It really depends on the type of exhaust. Make sure your pair valve is not blocked off also.
