I recommend everyone to try this Brazilian cheese bread. It’s super simple to make but very delicious. It's a bit like mochi and puffs, but simpler than them. Basically, all the ingredients are mixed evenly and then baked. When baked, it looks like puffs and can puff up very big.
After baking, the outside is very crispy, the inside is very soft, chewy, and has a strong cheese flavor, making it very delicious.
Recipe: 100g mozzarella cheese, 24g parmesan cheese, 170g tapioca starch, 3g salt, 160g milk, 40g liquid oil (vegetable oil), 40g butter, 60g eggs
Bake: Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes - Навчання та стиль
