  • New to #mealprep? Welcome to an easier way of living a #healthy and tasty lifestyle.
Meal prep solves the problem of wanting to eat healthy, but every time you go to grab something from the fridge, nothing is ready to eat and you really, really, REALLY don’t feel like cooking a full healthy, well-balanced dinner.
With meal prep, you choose the time and the day you actually have energy and time (key factors, let's be honest) and prep your meals ahead of time.
Keep reading if you want to make life SO MUCH EASIER.
For starters, PUH-LEASE make this salmon meal prep. We’ve got pan-roasted salmon, garlic rice, and garlic parmesan green beans. Meal prep never tasted so good, y’all.

S D if you use glass containers you can throw them into a toaster oven or even your big oven ! I wouldn’t know about times or anything but you could play around until you figure out what works best!

    • @nixi7688

I'm more worried about that rice. Rice needs to be cooled under water immediately after cooking if you want to store it. If you let it cool down at room temp it has bacteria that release toxin as it sporulates. This looks like food poisoning waiting to happen.

I recommend staying far away from brown rice as it contains phytic acid(it retains most of it even after being cooked unlike other grains) which prevents your body from absorbing nutrients, and lectins which causes inflammation in your body. White rice is so much healthier especially when cooked properly, letting it cool for at least 12 hours after cooking causes most of the starch in white rice to become indigestible which as a result prevents your body from storing a lot of the carbs.

    • @nixi7688
      @nixi7688 3 роки тому +1

Letting it cool for 12 hours in the fridge I hope. Leaving rice to cool at room temp won't result in broken down starch, it just promotes bacterial sporulation if b. Cereus. You won't lose weight because of starch, you'll lose weight because you've given yourself food poisoning.

John 8:1 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.
Joh 8:2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
Joh 8:3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
Joh 8:4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
Joh 8:5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
Joh 8:6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
Joh 8:7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
Joh 8:8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
Joh 8:9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
Joh 8:10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
Joh 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
