  • Next time you feel like ordering takeout because you just cant fight that takeout craving any longer, try prepping these easy and delicious healthy takeout recipes for the week and enjoy them as part of your awesome healthy lifestyle!
    INGREDIENTS
    Beef With Broccoli:
    1 tbsp olive oil, divided
    1 1/2 lbs flank steak, very thinly sliced across the grain
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 shallot, finely chopped
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    4 cups broccoli florets, about 2 small crowns
    2 tbsp arrowroot starch
    3/4 cup water
    1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp coconut sugar
    1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
    1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    Orange Chicken:
    For the Chicken:
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 lbs chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
    1 tsp sea salt, to coat chicken
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper, to coat chicken
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    2 green onions, thinly sliced (for topping)
    For the Sauce:
    1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp. water, divided
    1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/3 cup rice vinegar
    2 1/2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 tbsp grated orange zest
    2 tbsp coconut sugar
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tbsp arrowroot starch
    Chicken Cauliflower Fried Rice:
    2 tbsp sesame oil, divided
    1 lb chicken breasts, boneless skinless
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 large head cauliflower
    2 carrots, finely diced
    1 cup (frozen) edamame
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    5 stalks green onion, sliced
    3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 tbsp peanut butter
    1 tsp chili paste
    2 eggs

    I just made the cauliflower fried rice for our week’s meal prep for lunches and it is so delicious - it is the tastiest cauliflower fried rice recipe I have ever had!

    I've made your cauliflower fried rice several times since I found your channel. It is absolutely delicious... and that compliment comes from someone who was never a fan of cauliflower!! I always use the frozen riced cauliflower and the recipe works great with that!

    Beef and broccoli is the best! Is Lemon chicken a thing in chinese restaurants/take out where you are? Because its super popular in the UK.

      Lemon chicken seems to be found at an Italian restaurant rather than an Asian one. In my Midwesterner experience anyway.

    I would add the cauliflower rice instead of plain rice... because, like you said... ya gotta get the fried rice... 😉

    Ok,...I'm just gonna say it; I loathe cauliflower. HATE it.
    But I figure if anyone can make cauliflower edible, it's you. So, I'm going to try this recipe sometime soon, when I'm feeling open-minded, and I'm going to try really hard to focus on the deliciousness of it!
