The good thing about Querétaro is there isn't much rain, and quite a few homes in Mexico have this type of set up, a washer and dryer outside under a roof.
Yayyyy a single woman in queretaro what I’ve been looking for. I see family videos about queretaro which is great but as a single female this is relatable and helps me as well. Thanks

I can't wait to show this to my Black Americans friends because there afraid to go to Mexico because of social media and Americans news how there trying to put negative info about Mexico. But im glad Dawn did it so happy for her. God Bless you Dawn enjoy your new home.
Areas closer to US border make the news because of crime related to drug & human trafficking, BUT certain cities in Mexico are safer than most in US. And cities in US have become less safe.
Dawn was fantastic!!!! I too am from Brooklyn but moved almost as soon as I graduated from HS. I spent 30 years in the US military, worked with the State Department, worked at a major US university, worked the corporate world, been to 50+ countries over the years and lived in 6, and yes, at my age, Mexico continues to lure me. I’ve only been to Cancun once, but being an amateur historian, I want to explore more of Mesoamerica. Central Mexico sounds like a good base of operation, thanks to Dawn. My late wife was an Indian national who had that same travel bug as me. Don’t be surprised if I visit Queretaro for a brief stay thanks to this video.
I have been reviewing for the last two years plus many UA-cam videos living in Spain and Mexico. This was one of the top best videos I have come across with real good honest advice about moving to Mexico. Dawn is charming, very intelligent, a world traveler, educated, classy but more than anything, she is down right real! And as a single woman myself, in my 60's Mexican American, I appreciate Dawn giving real advice. Many You Tubers say all the wonderful things about living in Mexico but lack real true information. Louie asked good questions and Dawn was open and honest with her answers. I truly appreciate her wisdom and hope to be Louie and Dawn's neighbor and friend when I move there! I'm 65 and ready to move out of the USA! Congratulations to your 1st interview! I will now be a true follower and share your videos with friends. Dawn, I love your house! We have the same taste, gf! Thank you so much. We're very glad to bring value to our viewers and hope to continue bringing on guest with high value, like Dawn! Keep an eye out, she may be returning!
Dawn’s home is gorgeous!!! Loved the advice - especially about locking in a price now, even if your move is a year out. I also second her advice about knowing yourself… are you flakey? Get a furnished rental. Do you need therapy? Do that and don’t expect untreated mental illness to vanish with a change of scenery! Such a great interview for those considering moving to Mexico ❤

Dawn showed me my 1st foreign property and its a 2 bd 2bath condo on the 1st floor. Beautiful. Bought for 1575000 pesos 2 months ago. Today another just like mine cost is 1773500. At todays rate its an increase of $11,576.30. She gave me guidance on process and POCs for expediting services that are needed. Definitely a person to get good sound advice and knowledge from.
Just watched great video with Dawn..she seems to be very comfortable and all settled in their! Good she's not living in fear but embrace her new home..
Great interview, she has a very good vibe! I can relate to everything she is talking about regarding securing home ownership in Mexico. I bought a custom-built home in Merida in 2021. She is definitely correct when she says it is best to lock in prices because the homes are constantly going up. Also, flying has gotten old to me too. I am 59 and I have decreased my flying to every other year. Lol!
I'm so proud of you ma'am. Your house is beautiful. Kudos to you girl. Do your thing. I just love it. I'm coming to Mexico soon. I can't wait! I am so proud of you my sister
The lady house is beautiful. Queretaro said it is safe to live there...I afraid of the hurricane, but you said nothing happen overthere cool.. Enjoy your place.
The interview started out a little slow, but once Dawn warmed up she gave out some of the most useful advice I've heard for moving to Mexico or, well, anywhere.
She was a great guest. You should have her on again to address healthcare, weather, traffic, price of items, heck anything. I'd listen to her just talk

Dawn is gorgeous. Love the new house
Enjoyed this informative video. I appreciate the truths that Dawn shared about living in Mexico /abroad, you may be spending a lot of time alone so be comfortable with yourself. I’ve lived in Merida and now in Playa Del Carmen. Everything you both shared about the good and realities of life in Mexico are spot on. Thank you Dawn for your transparency about your life in Querétaro. Btw lovely home!❤
Very informative, thank you for sharing!
How do you get in touch with her?
I need to know how to reach out to her too. I’ll pay for her 1-on-1 expertise because I have a lot more questions .
How can you reach her

Thank you Kim! We are glad you like the video!
First time watching your channel...very interesting format! Beautiful guest and very relatable perspective❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Crushing on Dawn.

Queretaro said it is safe to live there...I afraid of the hurricane, but you said nothing happen overthere cool..
Enjoy your place.
Yeah, great climate and pretty much no natural disasters
Thanks for sharing honest information on buying a home in Mexico 😊
She had me with her book choices. After that, I knew I’d like the interview.
The interview started out a little slow, but once Dawn warmed up she gave out some of the most useful advice I've heard for moving to Mexico or, well, anywhere.
this was my 1st interview style podcast and her 1st time being on a podcast/vlog. overall, I'm happy with the results, and Dawn was great!
Enjoyed the video! Thanks to Dawn for her information!
