Visitors to the Romantic Zone will find very quickly that the majority of occupants are Gay. I am not saying this negatively, only think it is fair that visitors know this fact.

Been here 2.5 years and I endorse this video. I am quite involved in the community. A good place to live nicely for under $2,500. per month (I did say you can live for less). Good place if you can survive the brutal temperatures and humidity (often 90F. & 79%) in the summers.
