    What prop I can use if I don't have the circle?

      You could use a towel, yoga strap or theraband for the footwork stretching section, you could use a mini ball for the seated abs and feet in straps and just use your hands (no prop) for the torso rotation

    Enjoyed the workout, but it would be great if you could turn off mid-roll ads. It’s very distracting when they play in the middle of a movement.

      Were they in the middle of an exercise set or transitioning from one series to the next? I apologize that it’s distracting, I try to put ads in transition periods of the workout due to UA-cam algorithm change. With all my videos combined I make a little more than a single private training session. I love making these videos, but the time and effort it takes to make and edit the videos, I need some compensation for and ads are how I make any money.

      @@PilatesBodywithMichelleAlexis Both. The biggest problem is that any mid-roll ad totally disrupts your flow and concentration. And since I have my phone plugged into my TV, it screws with the HDMI video output so I had to get up off my reformer, stop your video on my phone, exit out and replay in order to get video back after the ad. It's very rare for an exercise video to have mid-roll ads - most only do pre- and post-roll.

      I don’t have that problem any longer..used to!!..once I signed up for a monthly UA-cam subscription, it was thing of the past… now I enjoy. Ad free workouts!!!
