My husband came home one Friday and showed me this video that he found. We watched it again together and decided that this was what we were going to do. On January 8th, we got started. My starting weight was 240 ( waist 52") and his starting weight was 256. After prep week, I weighed 232.8( waist 50") and he weighed 247. After 1st week of fasting, I weighed 218.8 ( waist 46.5") and he weighed 234. After 2nd week of fasting, I weighed 211.6 and he weighed 226.6. After 2nd fast rotation, I weighed 203.8 ( waist 45.5") and he weighed 210.6. After 3rd fast rotation, I weighed 192.8 and he was 199. We took this fasting rotation off. Our weight has remained the same. We have decided to try the rolling 72 from now on. ( it is another one of his videos) I will still update monthly.

I’m definitely going to do this! I have weight loss surgery in March. I’m willing to give this fasting a go because part of me don’t want to go through with the surgery. So far I’ve been losing weight naturally and I’m proud of myself for it. I was 316 pounds and currently 289!

Notes so I can do this: The water fast is a gallon of distilled water every day (some find that drinking from smaller servings is easier than from a gallon jug) but before starting the fast - do prep for best results. . PREP WEEK: Eliminate breakfast Eat larger meals close to noon Don’t eat within 2 hours of going to bed Slow eating down (smaller plate) to register you are full (20 minutes) Day 3-4: reduce or eliminate soda, cut portion sizes of processed food in half Day5: go to OMAD (one meal a day) Day 6: juice fasting to prep and flush out old material into the system Day 7: green juice . FASTING CYCLE: Water fast for up to two weeks Poor elimination slows down weight loss and so does work of the body tightening the skin - so break the water fast after two weeks for best results -> Break the water fast with raw food for 3 days and then juice fast for 3 days with acidic fruit juice, last 12 hours green juice only Go back to water fasting. (REPEAT until 90 days are up) . Don’t focus on losing weight by exercise, instead rest. Can do light walking, light weightlifting, light yoga; just don’t go hard on exercise Don’t worry about electrolytes - body doesn't flush them out. You have them in your body plus in the food in the 1 week of break. . Maintenance: after the 90 days, the digestive system will be very sensitive. Resume eating with fruit and veggie broth made from scratch for 3 days (1-3); salad and steamed vegetables for next 3 days(4-6); can start adding natural grains like spelt, kamut, rye for 3 days (7-9), more complex foods like bread or pasta after first 9 days (9-12). High-quality meat after 12 days Don’t shock system when refeeding. If you slip up, just correct yourself Adopt OMAD or IF lifestyle with a dietary strategy like eating raw food or plant food, keep meat and processed foods to a minimum, stay hydrated, throw in regular juice fasts . I decided to try this!! I started on April 20th with prep week, and started the actual fast on April 27th . I’ve followed your instructions to a “T” and I am 26 days in and have lost 35.4 lbs so far. I lost 100lbs in 60 days I just eat one meal a day no sweets, soda pops, anything with whites, 6 eggs, raw fruits and veggies and water how much you like too drink and exercise for two hours that's how I lost my weight.

Final Update! After 90 days I lost 60 lbs total. I lost about 14 lbs per cycle but During each refeed I would gain about 5-7 lbs back. I’m about 10 lbs shy of my original goal of 70 lbs and 40 lbs shy of 100 lbs. from this point on I will do rolling 72’s and begin to work out and see where that takes me. I’ll keep you posted !

I’ve done 2 long term water fasting rotations. First one was 16 days and second one two weeks later 18 days. Total of 33 days water fasting , lost 55 pounds And now I’m doing 3 days water fasting a week until I reach goal. And then I will fast a minimum 5 days a month along with low carb diet for maintenance. This channel has been an amazing resource! Thank you 🙏

Facts on facts!! Fasting is so good for the body. I actually lost 40 in about 45 days a couple years back. I used intermittent fasting 20/4 and 23/1, ate clean, cut out a lot of carbs and juiced mostly veggie. I’m glad I found this video to get me back on track. You gained a new follower.

Sharing my notes: Must do 7 day prep first. To start 7 day prep, eliminate breakfast and have only two meals a day. If you need breakfast, have fresh squeezed juice. Eat larger meal towards noon. Don’t eat second meal within 2 hours of bedtime. Do this for first two days of the prep. Slow down your eating and use smaller plates. Eliminate bad foods. Cut your meat, dairy, and processed food intake in half and replace it with fruits and vegetables. Can also eat natural grains. Next step, reduce meal frequency to one meal a day on day 5. Day 6, do juice fasting to break down plaque in your system. Can do half gallon of juice or more for the day. On day 7, for the last 12 hours of the day, only do green juice fast. Can add fruit with low glycemic index, but it must be mostly green vegetables. Start first cycle of water fast You’ll be drinking around a gallon of water per day. Distilled water water is recommended.Breaking up water into small increments is advised to make it easier to drink. Water fast for the next two weeks (14 days) This will likely result in weight loss of 28lbs Break water fast after 14 days by eating raw food for 3 days. After eating raw foods for 3 days, do 3 days of juicing. Do any juice of your choice for the first two days, but it’s recommended to do acidic fruit juices. For the last 12 hours of day 3, do green juice only. Restart 14 day water fast cycle Correct yourself if you slip up. You can workout throughout the fast, but resting is suggested. Maintenance Phase Ease yourself out of water fast after 90 days with fruits and/or vegetable broth for first 3 days. Can start having salads for the following 3 days. Steam cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, etc) if you’re adding them to diet. If you’ll be eating potatoes or starchy foods, do so in very small quantities. The following 3 days, you can add natural grains. Avoid rice and genetically modified grains. After this 9 day period, you can start adding more dense foods like bread and pasta but in small portions. You can reintroduce high quality meats and dairy after 12 days in maintenance phase. Adopt fasting regimen after 90 day fast. Consider one meal a day (OMAD) or intermittent fasting by having two meals per day within a six hour window. Try staying away from refined sugars, dairy, meats, processed foods as a general rule of thumb in maintenance phase, or keep them to a minimum. Keep water intake up. Starting this tomorrow!

I am up for the challenge. I know the body is unique I'm 423 34 years old and I'm just in terrible shape ever in my life. So I know me doing this fast will help me to get on track mentally, and remove all of these poison out of me.

You can 100% do it. It all depends on your commitment level in your desire. Once you make the decision to walk this path the outcome is inevitable. We have done this time and time again. I might suggest that you join our January challenge tell deep in your understanding of this process. I'm definitely going to keep elaborating on how this works via the UA-cam channel.

@@antasiacolvin5049 correct. I drink one gallon of distilled water throughout the day. I will not lie the first week was rough. But now that I’m on day 12 it’s easy. When you see the weight falling off that should help motivate you. I’m down 20lbs as of today. I calculated the fasting for 90 days and you should do four cycles of fasting and four cycles of eating. I watched his video multiple times to make sure I was doing it right. I cannot tell a lie I didn’t do the prep week because I’m used to fasting. I jumped right in. I would suggest you following his instruction directly if you have never fasted. If you put your mind to it you can do it. My reminder to myself is that food will be there when I’m done. You got this!

Since I do not have available tools or money to do this and being a minor afraid to ask parents for help with this, I’m just gonna do water fasting, 14 days water 3 days regularly eating. I know this will not give me the results of 100 pounds in 3 months but I will be exercising too. I am 200 pounds, 5’0.. I am extremely overweight and insecure. I will update this in 3 months. If I don’t, remind me. I’m gonna try my best :)

This video is so informative. I started my journey at 343. I am at a stole at 290. I will begin the prep to begin the first week of February. I will also use this time to get mentally and emotionally prepared. I am grateful that exercise is not necessary as I have limited mobility due to spinal and nerve problem. I had surgery about 20 years ago on L4 and L5 and they said they need to go in again. I am expecting great success from this fast. Thanks for making these videos available.

I truly appreciate this video. I started the 72hr fast on Monday and I was 100 percent in but a lil voice in the back of my head kept say I was doing something wrong and that I need to write things down. So I started to research on here and fb and I found that I was heading down the wrong path. Now I’m going to put a more effort into it and do everything the right way for me. I was being lazy about it. I am on the right track and I lost 100lbs . Speaking it into existence.
I have been sick for the past couple weeks with no appetite so I figured this may be the best time for me to start a fast. I need this more than ever. I am extremely weak but I am healing
I'm about to embark on this now. I've had stretches where I've lost 58 pounds in 50 days. And over 100 pounds in maybe 6 months or so, so I know this is possible for me. But now I'm back to my heaviest and need to get back down into shape for good. Thanks for the video.

I started intermittent fasting on January 1st, 2023 at 16:8 protocol. I quickly went to OMAD, and am often fasting 24-36 hours in between meals, but not trying to. Your appetite goes away after your body acclimates to this way of eating. I've lost 17lbs already. Sugar is the devil.
I started fasting soon after I saw this video. This program works and takes lots of willpower. The way Chris explains everything step by step is amazing! I made it through the first 7 days of my 4th 14 day fast. I lost 51 lbs in about 2 months following this but I had to physically quit. I have no medical history other than PCOS and I am not on meds. I couldn't take the acid reflux I had been experiencing, the faint feeling, walking hurt because my legs burnt and felt half asleep, and oddly enough from my belly button down to my toes my skin has gone numb to the touch. I've also been experiencing vomiting but that may be some allergies going on or an ulcer from the acid. Please make sure to check with your doctor before and if you experience issues please listen to your body. Maybe one day I will get to finish my 90 days but I have to get myself well again first.
I think it was wise that you took a break. Clearly your body is doing an enormous amount of repair work because what you’re experiencing doesn’t happen just because you’re fasting. These are all a result of the body removing contamination from the system. This is why I often like people to focus on doing detoxing before they do a fast like this. Have you been using the clean slate product?
I have not been using the clean slate product. I feel better since I've started eating food again with the exception of my feet. It seems to be a type of neuropathy. I think I'm the only person that loses weight to become healthier and end up with other problems. Lol Once I'm better, I will finish my fasting! Your program does work!
I'm on day 13 of my 90 day fast.... it been going ok, I have NO hunger pangs but i have been having cramp, bad cramps....im down 17 lbs so far....Good luck guys UPDATE: Today is Feb 28 and I've just completed my 1st month of fasting. I'm going to be honest, I was doing well until my family got into my ear/head. the first 2 weeks I lost 25lbs. Because I didn't refeed well I gained 8 lbs during the refeed period. once I started fasting again I lost 11 lbs which gives me a total of 22 lbs down for the month. I was a little upset with myself because I could have potentially lost 40+ lbs. I'm not totally giving up but I want to try the rolling 72's for the month of March.... That means I'm starting tomorrow... I drank green juice for my last meal so hopefully I wont have too bad of cravings. It’s great to see the honest report of your progress and persistence. It helps us out here, you identified an obstacle and what to do to readjust. That’s very key. Magnesium and potassium in a proper amount can help with cramps. Might also be the body releasing what’s been stored. Keep up the great work! It’s encouraging to hear!
UPDATE: I have done one week of the rolling 72‘s within this week I have lost 11 pounds I want to pay attention to what I eat on re feed days so these next couple weeks I’m sure will be different I want to see if different foods will help me lose more or less weight, for example ….can I eat whatever I want and still lose weight or should I eat low-carb or keto or should I just do vegan or raw I’m going to try them all and update again. Absolutely love this video and your channel. I had bariatric surgery 6 years ago and with the pandemic and unhealed trauma, gained back 70lbs. I’ve spent the past year doing intensive inner healing and I am ready once and for all to release the weight. And I will be using your system to do so. Several people have revealed on UA-cam they've lost 90-100 lbs in 4-6 months not only is it possible it demonstrates losing weight contrary to what's been reported in the news it doesn't take a long time

Intermittent fasting (OMAD), reducing carbs, and walking every day helped me lose 100 pounds in 9 months. 90 days would have been amazing. LOL. But, definitely fasting works. Interesting video. I have 20 pounds left to hit my goal. To be honest, I doubt I'll go back to eating more than one meal a day. It turned out this change was better for my daily routine. The first two weeks were the hardest. But the cravings and hunger issues go away...if you hold out. Good Luck Everyone! (PS. Some fruits didn't work out for me though.)

I currently have been intermittent fasting and found when I abandon the regime i don’t see the results. I’m really looking forward to this.

I’ve watched this video multiple times and I always scare myself out of trying it. I’ve only fasted for 5 days and I loved it after day 3. My mom (she’s a nurse) said my blood sugar was too low so I broke my fast. I think that experience created a mental block. Anyway, I recently lost 45 lbs from a calorie deficit and weekly exercise. I started to notice my skin was already starting to sag more, it scared me because I have never seen my legs look so old. I gained back 20lbs of it and slowed down my weight loss ( I know that was silly). Well, here I am once again watching your video but this time I’m going to prepare myself to do the 90 days. I have a trip in February so I think that gives me a good amount of time to prepare for March. I will record the experience and post it after the 90 days. Wish me good health/luck 😌😝!
I'm going to try this fast. I had gastric bypass surgery 10 years ago and although I've lost 180lbs, I am still considered obsessed at 213lbs. I've also developed severe food allergies and other health issues. There are a lot of negative effects that the doctor's don't tell you prior to surgery. I'm so frustrated and depressed.
I think I’m going to try the water fast soon. I’ve been doing omad for about 2 months and before that i was doing 16-8 intermittent fasting before omad. So as of now i have lost almost 30 pounds. I have 70 and some change to lose. 😃 Just curious why distilled water instead of spring water??
This is excellent information and it works. As a person who has always been viewed as naturally thin, I am here to say, that is false. All those things he mentioned in the video is how I eat daily. For example, if I eat out w/friends, they don't understand how I can eat, drink, have dessert, etc. What they don't know is when I'm with them, that is the only time I eat for that day. The only thing I don't do is fast and that is because I have kids. In fact, plant-based burgers and fries are on the menu for tonight. Nonetheless, if you listen to this guy you can have the life you want.

My husband came home one Friday and showed me this video that he found. We watched it again together and decided that this was what we were going to do. On January 8th, we got started. My starting weight was 240 ( waist 52") and his starting weight was 256.
After prep week, I weighed 232.8( waist 50") and he weighed 247.
After 1st week of fasting, I weighed 218.8 ( waist 46.5") and he weighed 234.
After 2nd week of fasting, I weighed 211.6 and he weighed 226.6.
After 2nd fast rotation, I weighed 203.8 ( waist 45.5") and he weighed 210.6.
After 3rd fast rotation, I weighed 192.8 and he was 199.
We took this fasting rotation off. Our weight has remained the same. We have decided to try the rolling 72 from now on. ( it is another one of his videos) I will still update monthly.

Notes so I can do this:
The water fast is a gallon of distilled water every day (some find that drinking from smaller servings is easier than from a gallon jug)
but before starting the fast - do prep for best results.

PREP WEEK:
Eliminate breakfast
Eat larger meals close to noon
Don’t eat within 2 hours of going to bed
Slow eating down (smaller plate) to register you are full (20 minutes)
Day 3-4: reduce or eliminate soda, cut portion sizes of processed food in half
Day5: go to OMAD (one meal a day)
Day 6: juice fasting to prep and flush out old material into the system
Day 7: green juice

FASTING CYCLE:
Water fast for up to two weeks
Poor elimination slows down weight loss and so does work of the body tightening the skin - so break the water fast after two weeks for best results

Break the water fast with raw food for 3 days and then juice fast for 3 days with acidic fruit juice, last 12 hours green juice only
Go back to water fasting.
(REPEAT until 90 days are up)

Don’t focus on losing weight by exercise, instead rest. Can do light walking, light weightlifting, light yoga; just don’t go hard on exercise
Don’t worry about electrolytes - body doesn't flush them out. You have them in your body plus in the food in the 1 week of break.

Maintenance: after the 90 days, the digestive system will be very sensitive. Resume eating with fruit and veggie broth made from scratch for 3 days (1-3); salad and steamed vegetables for next 3 days(4-6); can start adding natural grains like spelt, kamut, rye for 3 days (7-9), more complex foods like bread or pasta after first 9 days (9-12). High-quality meat after 12 days
Don’t shock system when refeeding.
If you slip up, just correct yourself
Adopt OMAD or IF lifestyle with a dietary strategy like eating raw food or plant food, keep meat and processed foods to a minimum, stay hydrated, throw in regular juice fasts

Final Update! After 90 days I lost 60 lbs total. I lost about 14 lbs per cycle but During each refeed I would gain about 5-7 lbs back. I’m about 10 lbs shy of my original goal of 70 lbs and 40 lbs shy of 100 lbs. from this point on I will do rolling 72’s and begin to work out and see where that takes me. I’ll keep you posted !

I’ve done 2 long term water fasting rotations. First one was 16 days and second one two weeks later 18 days. Total of 33 days water fasting , lost 55 pounds And now I’m doing 3 days water fasting a week until I reach goal. Facts on facts!! Fasting is so good for the body. I actually lost 40 in about 45 days a couple years back. I used intermittent fasting 20/4 and 23/1, ate clean, cut out a lot of carbs and juiced mostly veggie. I’m glad I found this video to get me back on track. You gained a new follower.

Sharing my notes:
Must do 7 day prep first.
To start 7 day prep, eliminate breakfast and have only two meals a day. If you need breakfast, have fresh squeezed juice.
Eat larger meal towards noon. Don’t eat second meal within 2 hours of bedtime.
Do this for first two days of the prep.
Slow down your eating and use smaller plates.
Eliminate bad foods.
Cut your meat, dairy, and processed food intake in half and replace it with fruits and vegetables. Can also eat natural grains.
Next step, reduce meal frequency to one meal a day on day 5.
Day 6, do juice fasting to break down plaque in your system. Can do half gallon of juice or more for the day.
On day 7, for the last 12 hours of the day, only do green juice fast. Can add fruit with low glycemic index, but it must be mostly green vegetables.
Start first cycle of water fast
You’ll be drinking around a gallon of water per day. Distilled water water is recommended.Breaking up water into small increments is advised to make it easier to drink.
Water fast for the next two weeks (14 days)
This will likely result in weight loss of 28lbs
Break water fast after 14 days by eating raw food for 3 days.
After eating raw foods for 3 days, do 3 days of juicing.
Do any juice of your choice for the first two days, but it’s recommended to do acidic fruit juices. For the last 12 hours of day 3, do green juice only.
Restart 14 day water fast cycle
Correct yourself if you slip up.
You can workout throughout the fast, but resting is suggested.
Maintenance Phase
Ease yourself out of water fast after 90 days with fruits and/or vegetable broth for first 3 days.
Can start having salads for the following 3 days. Steam cruciferous veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, etc) if you’re adding them to diet.
If you’ll be eating potatoes or starchy foods, do so in very small quantities.
The following 3 days, you can add natural grains. Avoid rice and genetically modified grains.
After this 9 day period, you can start adding more dense foods like bread and pasta but in small portions.
You can reintroduce high quality meats and dairy after 12 days in maintenance phase.
Adopt fasting regimen after 90 day fast. Consider one meal a day (OMAD) or intermittent fasting by having two meals per day within a six hour window.
Try staying away from refined sugars, dairy, meats, processed foods as a general rule of thumb in maintenance phase, or keep them to a minimum.
Keep water intake up.

@@antasiacolvin5049 correct. I drink one gallon of distilled water throughout the day. I will not lie the first week was rough. But now that I’m on day 12 it’s easy. When you see the weight falling off that should help motivate you. I’m down 20lbs as of today.
I calculated the fasting for 90 days and you should do four cycles of fasting and four cycles of eating. I watched his video multiple times to make sure I was doing it right. I cannot tell a lie I didn’t do the prep week because I’m used to fasting. I jumped right in. I would suggest you following his instruction directly if you have never fasted.
If you put your mind to it you can do it. My reminder to myself is that food will be there when I’m done.

I appreciate this channel I've been following for a while and I the past was doing water fast only without break and would last on a week. I’ve started with a rolling 48 for Jan ( but I had to start on Dec 30th). Then in February, I’m gonna transition into the rolling 72’s. I’m excited and nervous at the same time. All I know, is I CANNOT FAIL!! 🙏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾💪🏾#ItsOnly60Days

This video is so informative. I started my journey at 343. I am at a stole at 290. I will begin the prep to begin the first week of February. I will also use this time to get mentally and emotionally prepared. I am grateful that exercise is not necessary as I have limited mobility due to spinal and nerve problem. I had surgery about 20 years ago on L4 and L5 and they said they need to go in again. I am expecting great success from this fast. Thanks for making these videos available.

Just got fed up of being unhealthy and went straight into fasting day 2 down. Will follow the rest of your protocol. Its been so simple so far. See you in 3 months....100lbs lighter! Someone ask me in August how I got on!

I truly appreciate this video. I started the 72hr fast on Monday and I was 100 percent in but a lil voice in the back of my head kept say I was doing something wrong and that I need to write things down. So I started to research on here and fb and I found that I was heading down the wrong path. Now I’m going to put a more effort into it and do everything the right way for me. I was being lazy about it.
I am on the right track and I lost 100lbs . Speaking it into existence.

I have been sick for the past couple weeks with no appetite so I figured this may be the best time for me to start a fast. I need this more than ever. I am extremely weak but I am healing
I'm about to embark on this now. I've had stretches where I've lost 58 pounds in 50 days. And over 100 pounds in maybe 6 months or so, so I know this is possible for me. But now I'm back to my heaviest and need to get back down into shape for good. Thanks for the video.
Thank you Chris this is the best I’ve seen so far here, I started omad a day before I saw this, I have written everything down in a journal and decided to change the remaining 6 day in line with the fasting prep. Water fast start January 3rd and the program ends April 2 which will be the completion of the 90day currently 255 pounds . Will update you guys at the end. Wish me luck

@@lorendaboyd thanks a lot as of now I’ve fasted for 73 hours and 5 minutes I have 263 hours left to complete the 14 days, to be honest I don’t really know how to explain how I feel but I know I have a bit of control over food. The 7 days prep really helped

I started intermittent fasting on January 1st, 2023 at 16:8 protocol. I quickly went to OMAD, and am often fasting 24-36 hours in between meals, but not trying to. Your appetite goes away after your body acclimates to this way of eating. I've lost 17lbs already. Sugar is the devil.
I started fasting soon after I saw this video. This program works and takes lots of willpower. The way Chris explains everything step by step is amazing! I made it through the first 7 days of my 4th 14 day fast. I lost 51 lbs in about 2 months following this but I had to physically quit. I have no medical history other than PCOS and I am not on meds. I couldn't take the acid reflux I had been experiencing, the faint feeling, walking hurt because my legs burnt and felt half asleep, and oddly enough from my belly button down to my toes my skin has gone numb to the touch. I've also been experiencing vomiting but that may be some allergies going on or an ulcer from the acid. Please make sure to check with your doctor before and if you experience issues please listen to your body. Maybe one day I will get to finish my 90 days but I have to get myself well again first.
I think it was wise that you took a break. Clearly your body is doing an enormous amount of repair work because what you’re experiencing doesn’t happen just because you’re fasting. These are all a result of the body removing contamination from the system. This is why I often like people to focus on doing detoxing before they do a fast like this. Have you been using the clean slate product?
I have not been using the clean slate product. I feel better since I've started eating food again with the exception of my feet. It seems to be a type of neuropathy. I think I'm the only person that loses weight to become healthier and end up with other problems. Lol Once I'm better, I will finish my fasting! Your program does work!
I've just found out I have PCOS and the weight gain has been horrible. I'm willing to do the work to get this weight off.

I'm on day 13 of my 90 day fast.... it been going ok, I have NO hunger pangs but i have been having cramp, bad cramps....im down 17 lbs so far....Good luck guys
UPDATE: Today is Feb 28 and I've just completed my 1st month of fasting. I'm going to be honest, I was doing well until my family got into my ear/head. the first 2 weeks I lost 25lbs. Because I didn't refeed well I gained 8 lbs during the refeed period. once I started fasting again I lost 11 lbs which gives me a total of 22 lbs down for the month. I was a little upset with myself because I could have potentially lost 40+ lbs. I'm not totally giving up but I want to try the rolling 72's for the month of March.... That means I'm starting tomorrow... I drank green juice for my last meal so hopefully I wont have too bad of cravings. It’s great to see the honest report of your progress and persistence. It helps us out here, you identified an obstacle and what to do to readjust. That’s very key. Magnesium and potassium in a proper amount can help with cramps. Might also be the body releasing what’s been stored. Keep up the great work! It’s encouraging to hear!

UPDATE: I have done one week of the rolling 72‘s within this week I have lost 11 pounds I want to pay attention to what I eat on re feed days so these next couple weeks I’m sure will be different I want to see if different foods will help me lose more or less weight, for example ….can I eat whatever I want and still lose weight or should I eat low-carb or keto or should I just do vegan or raw I’m going to try them all and update again. Absolutely love this video and your channel. I had bariatric surgery 6 years ago and with the pandemic and unhealed trauma, gained back 70lbs. I’ve spent the past year doing intensive inner healing and I am ready once and for all to release the weight. And I will be using your system to do so. Several people have revealed on UA-cam they've lost 90-100 lbs in 4-6 months not only is it possible it demonstrates losing weight contrary to what's been reported in the news it doesn't take a long time
Maintenance is key to the success. Most of us gain, but omad seems to help keep the weight off or continues it

Intermittent fasting (OMAD), reducing carbs, and walking every day helped me lose 100 pounds in 9 months. 90 days would have been amazing. LOL. But, definitely fasting works. Interesting video. I have 20 pounds left to hit my goal. To be honest, I doubt I'll go back to eating more than one meal a day. It turned out this change was better for my daily routine. The first two weeks were the hardest. But the cravings and hunger issues go away...if you hold out. Good Luck Everyone! (PS. Some fruits didn't work out for me though.)

I’m going to do this. I did something similar to this 20 years ago and I lost 100 pounds. I’m now 49, post menopausal and have gained so much weight. Currently 243. I’m excited to do this. I currently have been intermittent fasting and found when I abandon the regime i don’t see the results. I’m really looking forward to this.

I’ve watched this video multiple times and I always scare myself out of trying it. I’ve only fasted for 5 days and I loved it after day 3. My mom (she’s a nurse) said my blood sugar was too low so I broke my fast. I think that experience created a mental block. Anyway, I recently lost 45 lbs from a calorie deficit and weekly exercise. I started to notice my skin was already starting to sag more, it scared me because I have never seen my legs look so old. I gained back 20lbs of it and slowed down my weight loss ( I know that was silly). Well, here I am once again watching your video but this time I’m going to prepare myself to do the 90 days. I have a trip in February so I think that gives me a good amount of time to prepare for March. I will record the experience and post it after the 90 days. Wish me good health/luck 😌😝!

I'm going to try this fast. I had gastric bypass surgery 10 years ago and although I've lost 180lbs, I am still considered obsessed at 213lbs. I've also developed severe food allergies and other health issues. There are a lot of negative effects that the doctor's don't tell you prior to surgery. I'm so frustrated and depressed.

I think I’m going to try the water fast soon. I’ve been doing omad for about 2 months and before that i was doing 16-8 intermittent fasting before omad. So as of now i have lost almost 30 pounds. I have 70 and some change to lose. 😃

This is excellent information and it works. As a person who has always been viewed as naturally thin, I am here to say, that is false. All those things he mentioned in the video is how I eat daily. For example, if I eat out w/friends, they don't understand how I can eat, drink, have dessert, etc. What they don't know is when I'm with them, that is the only time I eat for that day. The only thing I don't do is fast and that is because I have kids. In fact, plant-based burgers and fries are on the menu for tonight. Nonetheless, if you listen to this guy you can have the life you want.
