love to see others appreciate these cars as much as me. I have a 90 si hatch i'm working on. But That blue civic looks identical to one I saw at the 2018 East Coast EF meet. Looking forward to be following this build.
Joshua Greene ah man, I love the EF, but it’s gone. However I’ll be buying another one at some point. The opportunity came up to purchase a GSR and it’s a platform I’d rather build on. Dealing with the swap was a tad intimidating and it just wasn’t fun to drive at all being dual point and auto. At least I saved it and it’s still on the road getting enjoyed by a chick!! Where was this meet exactly? It could’ve been him if it was in NC or SC.
Yeh, it wasnt far from Charlotte NC. And I feel ya for the swap. I have the Si with 1.6L and manual and I still want more out of it. Working towards a b16
Joshua Greene oh boy. Let me tell you, the SI might not be the fastest thing but you are leagues ahead of a DX. Pulling into traffic was sketchy. It took every bit of 20 seconds to hit 60mph. Aside from that I got chopped by Ryan’s SI CRX and always got left behind on cruises. It was slow as crap but I still enjoyed the car and getting back on the road. I miss it.
Little late seeing this dude. But thanks man! I sold it to a chick a while back and she’s still driving til this day and made it her own. Hopefully you found a CRX by now. They’re sweet cars. I’ll definitely be back in another EF. Just gotta find the right one. Sitting in a yard somewhere. I prefer them that way. Lol
BrdnSti these are Konig Helium! If you have the extra cash you can get the real ones - Volk CE28n. I freakin loved them but sold them to buy Volk TE37’s
Appreciate the vids.
