Brother, I’m literally speechless after seeing this restoration. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. And the cool thing is you do it all-engine, electrical, bodywork, painting, etc. Well done Sir!!!
Love these no-bullshit-just-build builds. Respect for your work and approach. You cut corners where it's allowed, and you make no compromises where you shouldn't make compromises. Good work.
I would have taken everything out of the doors/hatch before paint. Also, I would have masked and covered the entire body before undercoating. But, if i knew what i was doing, id be a millionaire UA-camr. But i don't 😅
What an amazing transformation. I think most people who appreciate a Honda Civic would be proud to own such a fine car. Well done on all your HARD work. 🎉
I’ve been watching your builds all day. They are the most well put together videos I’ve come across. Your work and taste is impeccable. So satisfying to watch. Thank you!
I'm not mechanic, I am probably the last person to touch technical stuff..but I enjoy this kind of videos on UA-cam. You do your stuff real pro and clean . Glad that I came across your channel
My uncle had a 1986 Opel Astra few years ago that he sent to scrap yard. If only a man like this had got his hands on it and brought it back to life. I would have loved it
Just happened to run across this video. My buddy and I built a civic like that with the Type R motor and the 5 lug conversion - car wasn't fast in a straight line, but it was almost literally a go-kart for the street. So fun. The best part of the video is watching you spend time with your son - time flies as a parent and all these little things you do with them you forget about, but they are monumental to them. God Bless from the USA!

NOBODY understands the work we do and what it takes to make something beautiful from almost nothing. Bravo guys!!!!
The restoration was perfect. In addition, the understated aesthetic tuning gives the Civic a sporty and attractive look. Many compliments. A job done with passion
Your surface finish is immaculate. I love how you revived this. I think what would really elevate your time lapses though is just a simple voice over of you going over your methods and tools and whatever extra parts you buy in.
I would love to know what sort of paint and primer he is using. The results look fantastic and I have to imagine its on the cheaper end of the spectrum.
Maaan ... I had the biggest smile and emotion seeing the result. You're a monster mate. The amount of work on this one is insane. You're a true inspiration and watching you + having a Civic EG6 which need some repairs after being parked for 10 years motivates me a lot in restore it. Most of it is only mechanical. I hope to bring it to life before summer
MASTERFULLY done! Wow! I love how you saw the potential and beauty in this discarded car and worked to make that vision happen. This car is now a show stopper and the fact you are giving your viewers a chance to win it is mind-blowing. This car went from a piece of junk to a future classic. The new owner of this gem will be one very happy person.
The sad thing is no shop I would pay would do as good of a job as you! People just don’t care as much unless it’s their own car. I’ve had a b18c1 fully rebuilt and in 300 miles was leaking from valve cover and idles too high. This was at a very famous shop for JDM cars not a cheap shop. Also my paint looks like shit when I paid for that too and car has been in garage for 10 years never driven. Absolutely amazing attention to detail and thank you so much for sharing.
