so happy to finally getting to watch a video from you again. I have to say that I was a bit sad that you haven't posted one in a while but I totally understand your reasons and really appreciate your honesty in this one. I hope you find a way to balance out the content you want to make. I was really hoping that you would say that you're going to do more lifestyle content aka vlogging because I really enjoyed your day in a life videos (your lifestyle is very inspiring to me and I'm interested in your personal life, especially how you manage to be productive while prioritizing your physical and mental health, being a mindful consumer, your apartment/interior and now your new little friend Rocco :) ) and I was hoping to get more of this content while sprinkling some gardening/educational content inbetween (I really don't think that every video has to be gardening related or the main focus of the video) but I of course understand the reasons why you don't want to do it. I can't imagine the pressure to always capture everything while also trying to keep some things private. But let's see maybe you will manage to do it, nevertheless thank you for this video sending much love and the best of luck in your healing process 💓✨can't wait for your future content!
hi there! thank you so much for the detailed note, i appreciate it. i think i'm going to try out this style of content more where I'm sharing learnings and experiences on health and wellness, with a sprinkle of garden content if it's applicable. thank you for the positive vibes and i'm sending some back your way!
HEY DONT FEEL LIKE ALL YOUR CONTENT HAS TO BE WEED RELATED. I ACTUALLY LIKE THIS TYPE OF CONTENT WHERE YOU ARE JUST BEING TRANSPARENT. KEEP DOING WHAT FEELS RIGHT TO YOU. I ENJOYED THIS VIDEO. HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER.
Glad you made a video about this. I have been struggling and have been looking to heal. It helps hearing your issues and how you are going about repairing yourself :)
Really feeling for you :( This is a great video to create to let us viewers be aware for our own health but it is also good to see that you are aware of the situation and acknowledging what it is doing to you, physically and mentally. I enjoy all your videos. If you do change your video production strategy that gives you greater control over your health and mental well being I'll still be here enjoying you content and I do admire the brave and motivated people whom become full time content creators as this is something that I could never do. Although I cannot speak for your other subscribers I feel that many would agree that we are there for you and will still be there for you in the future no matter what content you create and just wish you the best for a healthy and enjoyable life. You are a very self reflective person and I think we love you for that quality as well. Take care!
Thanks for sharing this. I've also had a bad relationship to stress past few years especially working in corporate sales where mental health isn't top of mind. I have always been spiritual and curious in learning eastern ways of living to accomodate western lifestyle as you have mentioned here to combat stress (breathing, mantras). I have had challenging periods as also struggled with gut issues in past, chronic muscle tension and not being able to switch off mentally. As difficult as these periods were, I am happy I have picked new habits and knowledge around wellbeing over the years that help keep me calm and know I will thank myself in future for making these choices. Will say its a journey but im glad influencers such as yourself are being open about this topic as it goes a long way. Love your content and excited for whats to come, enjoy Bangkok and your holiday. Honestly you deserve it!
I too suffer many of the ailments you do so appreciate the advice, I am coming to Thailand soon to heal and enjoy the freedoms, I hope you find a path to good health 😁

i eat alot of plants and veggies currently, but i need a bit of carbs and ample protein for training and recovery. i'm also eating a diet thats closer to my genetics/ancestral roots (ie. asian food) as it's better for my gut flora.
i've gone through several traditional doctors and all they want to do is prescribe antibiotics and other meds, which is not healing the root cause. so yes, i exhausted all my "medical doctor" options first before going down the natural path!
I notice you use a lot of plant based milks, and they are REALLY bad for your gut. And do you eat fermented foods every day? Raw animal milk is very healing for the gut because it has beneficial fats and probiotics that are vital for gut health. Ghee is also super good for the gut because it is especially high in Butyric Acid and Vitamins A and D.
I stopped using oat and almond milk completely, and now I just use organic soy milk made just from soy beans (soy beans work well with my ancestral roots / genetic makeup and I just have it in moderation. I used to use grass fed organic milk but I lack the enzymes to digest. certain asians don’t have certain enzymes and bacteria to be able to digest animal milk well
@@TheBodyScientist81 Interesting. Regular milk and protein drinks with regular milk in it hurt my stomach but when I switched to pea protein I no longer experience gerd symptoms. I've been drinking them every morning and don't have to take antacids or ppi medication anymore.
@@randomrachael420 RAW milk is not "Regular" milk. "Regular milk" is homogenized and pasteurized. As a nutritionist of over 20 years, I have never seen anyone have a negative reaction to Raw milk.
@@randomrachael420 And pea protein is nothing. It has no value. Raw milk is also WAY more than protein. And colostrum is also excellent for healing the gut.

Please give updates on the SIBO cleanse. Many people overlook these types of health issues until it's too late! Glad you're on the mend.
will do!

Hi Anna. Have you considered a plant based diet?
i eat alot of plants and veggies currently, but i need a bit of carbs and ample protein for training and recovery. i'm also eating a diet thats closer to my genetics/ancestral roots (ie. asian food) as it's better for my gut flora.
just want to engage with this- love your content
Not sure if consulting a naturopath is the best way to fix this stuff tbh. Have you tried to talk to a more "traditional doctor"?
i've gone through several traditional doctors and all they want to do is prescribe antibiotics and other meds, which is not healing the root cause. so yes, i exhausted all my "medical doctor" options first before going down the natural path!
Crazy as it sounds, I need links to this stool test xo
It's called a GI Map test! Ask your doctor or naturopath for it :)
Wow thats for real
You should move to Nebula with your cannabis content.
❤❤❤
you need grounding i think,,,,
