Two thumbs up Haynes
U dont have to remove air box a 1 in wrench will fit easy with out doing the other steps.
Is this the same method for a 2001 pt?
What's the foam part called I've tried to find it everywhere
The white stuff? en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thread_seal_tape you can find it at Walmart, homedepot, menards in the plumbing section/isle
How do u get a broke pvc out of the motor
I did the same thing to my 01 Sebring when I was working on it. I got the PCV valve out, popped a new one in and sealed it with JD weld.
Do I have to replace valve, when I know I only need PCV hose?

What for that valve ??
the valve is in plain sight. no need to remove the filter
We know how to Open a Car Hood 😜
I suspect the PT Cruiser is making Haynes a small fortune as the car is a pile of *****!
😂
I fully agree
Mine with 232000 miles proves there not.
But this is just regular maintenance on a car. No different than replacing brakes, lights, or tires.
@retro8696 I've had 10. All of them never lasted long. Friend of mine has 4. He's constantly working on them.
