Loved this thank you! Not sure if you get this question often haha but what kind of underwear do you usually wear with yoga pants? Any recommendations on types colors brands etc would be greatly appreciated ❤
Hi Michelle! Haha I get it, it’s a struggle! Tbh I don’t wear anything specific; usually something cotton or I’m wearing bodysuits instead with lighter colored pants 🤍 I wish I could be of more help with brands! PS thank you for flowing with me I’m so glad you enjoyed 🩷
@@JRockYoga thank you so much! i might have to try bodysuits haha. sometimes my underwear shows above my yoga pants in certain poses - so annoying 😣not sure if you've ever had that issue before haha

I really loved this practice! and you're so right, you have to be focusing your brain or you gonna get lost - I did lose you at the second side plank, I had to pause the video to remember which way I was facing during the first one - and it's such a good exercise for the mind too, because it allows me to be more present in the practice and in my daily life in general. thank you so much 🤍
