    5 years limping, Some doctors say FAI, hope it is not Arthritis. Have stopped training my quads and I focus more in my hamstrings. A clear improvement. But would like to be able to run pain free. Thanks for the content

      I sometimes have knee issues, if you try hiking and jogging on flat plain dirt trails they are much better for you.

    My orthopedic surgeon told me when I was in my early 30's that I have hip arthritis. I asked him when my hips would need to be replaced. He told me that I was to young. Then last year one of my sisters was told she had to have one of her hips replaced right away, as her hip could shatter at any time. What would cause that? I hope you have a great day, and Happy Easter my friend ❤️🙂⚘️🐇.

    I wish I could come see you. I have been in top muscular shape all my life and breast cancer survivor. I never had a cold or the flu no shots, no medical issues no medicines, no smoking or drugs, now am almost immobile due to arthritis. The doctor my hip would “laugh” at any treatment other than a replacement. I am praying everyday and scared so much. My doctor did say they do not have to put me under they can do it with an epidural so that is great news. The most scary statement was once they fix my hip, my knees may get worse. I watch your videos and pray. Thank you.

      I could not understand how you knees would get worse after hip surgery!
      I have the same issues. Mine is RA. I am using a walking stick since 2013. Hang in there and stretch to the extent possible. Dr. David is God sent with his guidance and encouragement.

      My orthopaedic surgeon was really pleased that I said no to injections and no to surgery and was willing to change and improve it myself. He was happy that I was willing to put the effort in. Although I would be interested in new cartilage stem injections.

    I have chiropractic treatments, go swimming, do exercises in the pool when I go for a swim. Walk the dog, I take supplements and a year ago, I began reducing the amount of food that is high in oxalates. After cutting out 98% of potatoes, 2 eye conditions cleared up, within 4 months I shed 2 stone, within 7 months gut/bowel issue cleared up. A year in, I'm hoping to get the oxalates out of the tissues, tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints. So persevering with it.

    I hurt my hip falling and when I went to doc for relief about a year later, he told me I had a little arthritis, but it was bursitis that caused my pain. He gave me a cortisone shot. Helped. Hurts now every now and then, but I wonder if it'll get worse because I do have other issues....spine, ankle, and knee issues! So I am totatly out of wack!

      Oh my I am so sorry for you and also want to say, I am in the same place. The groin pain is so intense and I barely walk now (mostly on my top toe). I have been trying the exercises but the next day, the pain is worse. I am so scared to have an operation. I will pray for you and hope we both find relief.

    Hlw doctor i am from India 🇮🇳, and i want to ask you a question. I have a cervical disc bulge problem and i want to ask you that ( if the disk that is bulged out will reabsorb in its original place over time?? Or it will remain in the same position place for the rest of life ?? ) i know that the pinched nerve symptoms will be gone on some day but my question is that will the disc bulge will reabsorb in the spine or it will remain like that forever ??

    Can you live a normal life having mild Osteoarthritis AND you have a ton of loose bodies???

    • @epmanualphysicaltherapy
      @epmanualphysicaltherapy  5 місяців тому

      Hi Mercedes, with frequent hip exercises the loose bodies might be able to work their way out and your body could be able to metabolize them. In general yes you can live a normal life with mild osteoarthritis but if you address the root cause you can recover and or minimize symptoms.
      We have a Hip Arthritis Program that is progress and it's broken down into phases. We have several patients of ours who have sever arthritis who have been able to get off walkers and canes and are really active.

    Could you make a video on medial epicondylitis aka golfers elbow. Literally no good information out there on this topic.
    Feel like its one of those problems where treatment advice is misinformed, similar to chondromalacia
