Man, for all of Fallout 4's faults, the combat is really deep for an open world RPG. Is there another game where enemies have crit chance and unique animations to go along with them?
@@MeatSnax Bethesda does understand how to make a good game, it's just they're not applying all of their strengths into a single title. The Elderscrolls is by far their most solid series and for both the right and wrong reasons, because if anything, they can create fantasy, they fall off a bit when it comes to sci-fi, but overall, Bethesda Softworks has the ability to make amazing things. The visual design, though graphically dated, of fallout 4 was and still is amazing, all those technical details of the robots with so many moving intricacies, it's insanely impressive the sort of story they can tell through art alone. Though flawed, Bethesda Softworks could make masterpieces, while maintaining that just broken enough state to be enjoyable all over again, the modding scene alone is amazing. If they don't release a new Creation Kit for TES 6 then I'll have a few choice words to say lol.

i built a settlement inside of the capsized factory, run entirely by gen 1 synth settlers, robots and strong. it's the most bleak, chilling and fallout-esque thing ive ever done in the fallout series (even more than blowing up megaton). best mods for it (IMO) are place everywhere, scrap everything and conquest.
I honestly prefer these "without leaving" for dangerous areas. Like the Sierra Madre sounds like a fun place. Oh, and Scorpions are anthropods, not crustaceans.

Been playing fallout 2, my PC can barely run Skyrim but I found out about the ultra low graphics mod for Skyrim and fallout 4 so I might come back to that
I made a settlement in farharbor and It was constantly getting attacked by absurdly large groups of every enemy in that dlc. It came to the point where I couldn't play the game because they would spawn at my settlement every time i left.
Is it that one settlement event exclusive to Far Harbor where the Fog Condensers go out and you have to repair them? I also think the settlers can repair the Condensers themselves, but they use your settlement resources to do it (if you have the necessary materials in your workshop storage) and they take a while. It’s supposed to notify you when that event happens and start a quest to fix it, but sometimes it just happens without actually activating the quest. I had that happen in my game as well.
A big help for getting fusion cores is leveling the Scrounger perk (luck 2) when i max it out in a run i end up selling all the excess cores i have on hand instead of using caps.
I can't begin to tell you how happy I felt when the Tropico music kicked in. I spent summers with that game, it's such a feel good tune. Ultra nostalgic.
This is the yearly fallout 4 series from a new random youtuber i find in my recommendation that gets me to redownload the game and sink another 200 hours into the game, Jokes aside this is a really entertaining series and I'm excited to see what's up next from you!

On stream, I’ve had a lot of suggestions for this. Other than giving myself the ability to build a settlement, I think adding extra content outside of vanilla is a bit much. Of course tho, I always encourage people to add whatever they want I’d they want to try this! The beauty of these games!

Man, having the Dragon Valley(2015) theme in the intro brought back so many memories of Battlefield 4. I remember sitting atop the gazebo by the bridge near the H(Not the one by the road overlooking the harbour, but the one with the sniper battlepickup) and destroying the bridge right as my friend drove up it with an LAV. The guy bounced of the water straight back onto land and we both burst out into laughter at the unexpected confusion. We knew LAVs could do that, but we didn't know from such a short distance. Honestly, I miss that game. I should probably reinstall it at some point.

I really wish I had a video of the time I took out an entire enemy team in Trials of Osiris with three shots of the No Land Beyond while playing Destiny. It happened years ago, and looking back on it, it was partly dumb luck, but it's still my crowning achievement. And I still recount the story to anyone familiar enough with the game to understand what the No Land Beyond was like. So when you say "This is probably the best shot I've ever made." I know exactly the kind of feeling you're talking about, and I'm happy for you.
