What was the whimsical music in the highway hypnosis section?
I’d love to see a Fallout 3 GOTY series with no glitches doing a regular play through w/o rushing the end melee and unarmed + stealth mechanics like planting mines in pockets or using grenades.
Would be a great mini series to showcase how well you torture yourself with Bethesda games while also making your own spin on some quest “walkthroughs” that normal challenge runs completely ignore!

It's such a small thing, but the fact that Joov narrates this as a how-to written in the second person adds so much for some reason.
Isn't it a mix of first and third person?(Him and I/We/Us)
If he referred to his character as "you", that WOULD be interesting

@@LowKiiSavage 1st person is me, 2nd person is you, and 3rd person is them. Basically 2nd person is the person you talk to.

One surprising thing about this adventure, was how many live-able facilities there are directly on the road. I wish I covered them all. There's an entire camp, bed chairs, storage etc. On the road to the Rocket facility ran by ghouls

I think Veronica stayed hostile because you were dressed as NCR. Similar to how Ringo will turn permanently hostile to you if you walk up to him wearing any BoS gear (even Father Elijah's robes).

The “on the road” and locking yourself In one city wether it be fall out or Skyrim is so honestly funny, and a unique concept
Its amazing that even when you have limited space, the game still provides you with enough resources for you to build yourself up and become a powerful Nomad! Great video Joov! looking forward to more!

bethesda games are good for this in general. npcs are basically risk vectors for delivering RNG and the sandbox and snowbally nature of the games means if you just bash different systems together enough eventually the thing sorta explodes and you go infinite
It is now my head cannon that Veronica only says the bad roads line when doing this run
Before watching i must say that after being inspired by your skyrim version of this, i am currently attempting a fallout 4 run of the same challenge. 10/10, do recommend, traders make it alot of fun, as do the random encounters, i may try in new vegas next. You sir are an inspiration.
Fallout 4 is probably the best game to try this challenge in.
Half the map is a spaghetti plate of roads. As soon as you get to Boston proper it's free reign.
My favorite part was when Joob said "it's can't leavin time" and then just can't leaved all over the place.

I just gotta say, been working my way down your video list and I love what you do here. You're tastefully funny with just enough fringe humor splashed in, your writing flows well and keeps me engaged, your voice over and commentary is always fresh and never feels stale, the EDITING I really cannot say enough about, it's obvious a lot of work is put into it and it enhances the experience thoroughly. The challenges themselves are interesting and you never really seem to get tired of doing them. I'll hop off your lap now, but legitimately you have earned a long term fan and I want you to have a good idea of why. Please keep doing what you do Joov.

One small complaint I do have though is it would be nice to have the music used in the video listed, but that's a small thing, the video is still good!
In the description (and in his list of playlists) he has a full list of every song he uses in the videos.
I giggled through this entire video. And it brought back so many memories I might just need to do a playthrough again.

Life Is A Highway was written and recorded by Tom Cochrane in 1991 and was a hit way before Rascal Flatts covered it.
Yeah but Tom Cochrane stole the idea from Rascal Flatts in 1917, when he first played Fallout New Vegas.
I love this series so much. It's inspired me to try a similar thing with Breath of the Wild!

Since the Roadie is a courier, I feel like it's fair to grab the courier outfit from Primm. There is a road that goes to the NCR outpost there, and then crosses the other road into Primm, so you can enter Primm. The dead courier is on the sidewalk infront of Johnson Nash's store, but you can grab him by the ankles without leaving the road.

I'm gonna be honest, Fallout 76 Camp Only actually sounds like it could be pretty fun. It would be interesting to see how you would interact with other players and sell/buy stuff needed to slowly make your camp more and more insane. Too bad there's not as many people playing anymore though, that would make it hard to do, but maybe if you streamed it you could get a bunch of viewers to join in and help.

That’s kinda how I’m doing my current New Vegas playthrough! I’m doing hardcore mode, no fast traveling, and am only traveling along roads, sidewalks, and paths to go anywhere. Honestly it’s been a lot of fun.
