If you're using a wheel cleaner like brake buster, make sure to use an iron decon to remove all the baked on brake dust.

Griots boss correcting cream would've done an exceptional job on that with the boss orange pad.

As far as the wheel cover goes. I have the same issue. It seems like it’s etched into the plastic and it’s not going to get removed.
