I made this today for my family and they couldn't be happier with it. Great spicing, and so soft even chilled! I've only recently found your channel, and am really appreciating the technique changes your methods are bringing to my cooking. Thanks for the inspiration you've provided to grow and improve.

Good morning Aya! I discovered your site by mistake and read some of the content and I'm your new FAN from California. This banana bread is surprisingly easy, thanks to your technique and you used only ONE BOWL for the whole process. AWSOME!!
Thanks to you I'll be baking this recipe often.
I wanted to ask you if you have any milk gelatin recipes.
Thank you so much for sharing your experience and love to beak.

👍👍👍👍👍One of my favorites Aya! Thanks. When the period of diet is past (after my doctor's appointment), it's brownies and banana bread. I like to use bananas that are almost ALL browned. They're sweeter. And I tend to use raisins and pecans over chips and walnuts, but either is ok.

This was delicious. I didn't have almond flour so I replaced it with all purpose flour and it was still tender. I also used pecans instead of walnuts. My chocolate chips got too warm in the kitchen so it was very blended throughout the banana bread. Very yummy. I'd leave out the chocolate or reduce it if I was only baking for myself but my family loved the nuts and chocolate.

Hi Ms. Aya I'm from the Philippines I want to try this perfectly moist banana bread recipe of yours. But normally I use only all purpose flour in my banana bread. I'm just asking in your recipe, how many cups of all purpose flour should I use to make it still perfectly moist banana bread?😊

You can use the same amount of all-purpose flour! Or you can reduce the amount a bit if you want less springy texture.

@@PastryLivingwithAya I've never used it so I was curious what the aroma was like ? 🤷 Just thought you may be able to describe it .. Lol

Oh I got you! My bad. The clove smells like.. a little bit like exotic tea😆 It's often added to pumpkin pie or carrot cake. I love the unique warm aromatic smell but I know some people are not the fan, so you can totally skip if your guests might not enjoy!

I don't have the time to sit and watch every video just to get a recipe. I will subscribe and maybe I can get them that way. your great except for this. you keep saying in the description but it's not. and once in a while its there but no picture.not lined up like normal recipes.
