You mentioned to use 5 large eggs but you only used 4 in the video. It also shows you counted 4. Then you whisked the batter. So do we use 4 or 5 eggs?
Thank you for this wonderfully delicious banana bread! I made it 2 weeks ago; it was very moist. I'm making it again today but I'm adding walnut which I love in baked goods.👍👍👍
Can't wait to make it! Sharing the recipe below, as I had to write it down: Pre-heat oven 350°F. Pour into 2 buttered loaf pans. Bake 1 hour .

I made this for my family awhile back and now whenever we have family gatherings I am not allowed to walk in the door without 4 loaves. I even made a couple with crushed pineapple and my family and friends can't get enough of it... Thank you so much for sharing ❤
I just made this and it turned out SO INCREDIBLY moist and delicious. I swear, every other recipe says it’s moist and they end up dry and bland. This was exactly what I was looking for.
This is one of the best presentations. All the process of preparing the banana cake and cooking explained simply but thoroughly, no useless speeches, and in a modest soothing voice, no exaggeration. Two thumbs up from me.
Tried this recipe this morning. IT WAS AMAZING ❤️ I added cinnamon, nutmeg and raisins. Used regular all purpose flour sifted. I am not a baker so I am totally pleased. Soft, fluffy, moist. Finished in 35 mins. Thank u for this
I made this today and it’s AMAZING - thank you!!! I creamed the butter and sugars together first, added the eggs and vanilla, then incorporated the bananas then the dry ingredients. I did a 9x13 at 350F for 45 min. Perfect!
Absolutely loved it! As someone who has never baked banana bread before, it came out basically perfect!! I only wanted to make one loaf so I halved the ingredients and only used all purpose flour and all vanilla extract for the multiple kinds of ingredients. I used around a 3/4 cup of brown sugar to 1/4 white sugar ratio. My bananas were pretty ripe and I used 2 and a half, while I used 2 whole eggs. Super great recipe, the only thing I'd recommend is to use a tiny bit less butter since it was pretty oily! Definitely recommend it to those who want to try but are hesitant.
This has become my go to recipe. I don't use the same amount of sugar but everything else is the same. I've tried substituting the almond flour with coconut flour once and it worked great. Nothing beats this recipe.

I made this recipe and it’s my go to now and everyone who has tried it absolutely loves it! It’s my favorite and I don’t think I’ll ever eat store bought banana bread ever again! 😂 Thank you!!
This is the best banana bread I have ever made and tasted. It’s my dad’s favorite, and I’m making it for him again tonight. I’ve tried other recipes, but I always come back to this one. Excellent!
I just made your recipe and OMG it’s the best banana bread I ever taste! I baked it in a round pan for about an hour. Don’t be scared if it looks too brown, it’s because of the brown sugar. I love it.!! Super moist 👌
My 3 yr old granddaughter and I made this bread!! It was super easy to make and came out delicious!! We reduced the sugar a bit and added some honey. We also only used ac1/2 tsp of baking soda. Thank you for sharing!
First time ever making banana bread checked this recipe out it was direct to the point came out super moist awesome recipe highly recommend it it’s Wife approved!! I added fresh vanilla Bean and chocolate chips and it was bomb!!! Super easy to make extremely happy!!!
I halved it. I used plain flour and vanilla, instead of almond extract/flour, with 2 eggs, and beat it a little more so its more fluffy. I also added a tsp of ginger powder, cinnamon powder and walnuts. I baked in one loaf tin and made muffins too! Works a treat! I baked for 1 hour and it was perfect
So glad I found this! Agree with everyone else who's tried this recipe - it's DA BEST. The bread turned out moist and delicious. On a side note, I used 3/4 of the recommended sugar amount and the sweetness level was JUST RIGHT!!!
Made this and I loved it!! So good & so moist. Only tweak I made is I used half a cup of brown sugar & half a cup of regular sugar and didn’t use almond extract. Still came out amazing😍
This is my third time making this recipe with all purpose flour. This time I used half oatmeal flour (homemade) and half all purpose flour. It still came out delicious but with half the guilt! Thank you, Melissa!!
Best banana cake I ever made. I just used 2 cups of whole wheat flour instead of almond flour and all purpose flour and had to add a cup of hot water but apart from that I followed the exact recipe and it turned out to be so good and moist. Thank you!!
My first time making banana bread, upon my daughter's request. We followed this recipe and it came out soooo good. The only difference is we used a bunt cake pan, and it was delicious! Thank you for this!
Made this banana bread! It turned out the way she described it! I didn’t change a single thing, followed the recipe to a tee and it’s so good and moist and not overly sweet - it’s a keeper!!
Girl I just want to say I have never made banana bread ever until last night. I watched MANY videos and decided to go with your version. Let me just say this is best banana bread I have ever had in my LIFE! I still can't believe how moist this is! Even MORE so after it sat covered overnight. So glad I decided to give this a try. Everyone is so impressed
Didn’t have almond flour so made it with 2 cups of all purpose flour and it was still amazing! Perfectly moist on the inside and crispy along the edges! Thank you!
Oh good because my son is allergic to nuts buy loves bananas, so I want make him this bread with some overripe bananas we have. My husband and I don't eat bananas at all..lol
Wow! I don't know anything about baking but I just cooked this bread and it came out amazing! I only had 2 bananas so I used half the recommended amount of all the other ingredients. I used regular flour because I didn't have almond flour. This was legit the best banana bread I ever had!
I LOVE this recipe but, for anyone out there making it CREAM the butter and sugars together AND THAN add banana because if you add liquid first you're going to end up with little chunks of butter that can make it oily, and causes little yellow/white spots in your cake. HAVE FUN BAKING
You are so right in any baking recipe calls for you to cream together butter and sugar see how lumpy her mix was and why 1 hr60 min baking time too much never gave a temp.
I bake a lot of different breads and am always trying new recipes. This "Perfectly moist Banana Bread" recipe is the best that I have ever made! First, I love that it makes 2 loaves because that is the only kind of recipe use. I usually keep one and give the other to a friend or neighbor. Secondly, just like you, I always use both white and brown sugar. The use of both Almond and Vanilla extract gave the bread a distinct and unexpected flavor. Last, but not least, you give an excellent simple and exact presentation. Thanks to you, this will be my "go to" Banana Bread recipe from now on!
@@muhlissuh__ hey I have a question, cut I cut the measurements you used in half, like two bananas and half of a cup, because I don’t wanna make that much
I made this. My first ever attempt. It came out great. Thank you. I made it gluten free with Pamela’s bread mix, that is what I had. All I had was coconut sugar. But came out to be soft and moist.
Omg I tried your recipe and EVERYBODY loved it at work. I work at a hospital and during this time it’s always nice to be able to see my coworkers happy. This did the trick ! Thank you !
I tried this recipe today and I turned out perfect, my kids loved it so much.. .. added some crushed walnuts..Thanks for the super easy and really delicious recipe..
I've been making banana bread using so many recipes on UA-cam, but nothing can compare to this one. Not only the it turns out so so good that my family finishes the loaf in ko time, the simple cooking method is what I appreciate the most. Absolutely love your recipe.
This is actually perfect. Most comments lie on recipes for whatever reason or they have no taste buds. This is solid. Its actually so good im making it right now again for a friend.
I made it so many times that is super delicious! I switched the all purpose flour to wheat flour instead and added chopped almonds nuts for a great finish. WowThank😊❤️ you.
So so good. I gave my sister-in-law the recipe, she made it for her coworkers. They liked it so much. The next week she made five batches for sale took it to work and she sold out.
Nailed it!! Thank you. Simply the best I have ever had and made. This recipe is definitely a keeper. Substitution: I did not have salted butter, so I added 1 cup margarine, 1/4 cup organic coconut oil & 1/4 tsp sea salt. Really moist banana bread!
I have been baking this recipe since I saw video four years back thanks for best recipe. My son loves it this banana bread and also I started doing with whole wheat flour by avoiding all purpose flour. Thank you dear
Omg just made this bread it is delicious. However I did reduced the sugar to half of a cup of white sugar and half a cup of brown sugar and added one cup of walnuts. 😋
👏🏼 awesome! I had tweaked someone elses recipe when making this one and they used two cups of sugar. Most people complain about the amount of sugar haha. Good call on halving it 👍🏻 :) make sure to check out my latest video and follow me on Instagram ☺️💚
Hi. Just to let you know that I followed your recipe and believe me, IT TURNED OUT FANTASTIC. And I must confess, I finished half of it In one go. Can't stop. Today making double the quantity. Your proportion are perfect, don't worry about silly comments about the sugar. Thank you for introducing me to something so delightful. Love from India.
DARIUS BULSARA The silly comments is informative if your healthy you're OK if you have health conditions watch out. Hope you never end in hospital. Diabetes condition is not a joke or just silly comments.
OMG I just made this tonight and lord have mercy how can something be so perfect and mouth watering delicious. I used a little less sugar and regular flour because I didn't have almond flour. Trust this recipe you will not regret it. Now I gotta go look for more bananas because I want to make more on the weekend. Thank you so much for this recipe.
Tried three different recipes on UA-cam and they were all missing something but this one Is by far the best. Easiest method, ingredients were totally worth the extra dollars thank you for sharing.
OMG!!! Made it today having all ingredients at home and It turn out the Bomb!!!!! I substituted baking soda for baking powder since I did not have baking soda and I use GHEE butter instead and it came out sooo good!! Thank you sooo much for charing your recipe!!!
Tried this recipe and i only used 1 cup of brown sugar & it was still perfect. Everyone who tasted it, requested for more. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Lots of love from the Pearl of the Orient, Philippines...
@xo jerrica I would think so! When you let bananas ripen, they become much sweeter. I added only 1/4 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar. I cannot imagine using 2 cups!
@xo jerrica, hey she lessen the amount of sugar because riped banana is sweet already. I would do the same thing, lessen the sugar, butter & add a pinch of salt though ✌️✌️✌️
I am making this banana bread for the third time right now and it is without a doubt the best banana bread I have ever eaten and thank you so much for this recipe OMG it's absolutely phenomenal and I have never ever heard of almond flour before until I made this stuff and it's just the best ever.
This is the very first banana bread recipe I’ve ever tried to make and I will never need another one!! This one is literally the best, my husband always brings a bunch of it to work and all his coworkers devour it. It’s the best I’ve ever had
Currently baking this in the oven. I hope i get good results. Coming back too. Very easy to follow. update soon. Edit. Yayyy, came out super duper great.. im so amazed. Its deliciously moist. Gosh, wish i could share a picture. We sure need an update to you tube. I reduced the sugar to 1 ½ cups and i used 2 cups all purpose flour.. great recipe
I made this with 1 cup almond flour and 1 cup coconut flour. I used 2 cups of light brown sugar & added nutmeg &cinnamon . Mixed in almonds/walnuts in mix and on top. It was delicious. Thanks for the recipe and it was soo MOIST 🥰
I have made this several times now. My husband loves banana bread and this recipe is his absolute favorite. The almond extract really adds a nice taste. It is my new "go to" banana bread recipe. Thank you for sharing it.
I've been searching for a good banana bread recipe and I came across this one. I made banana bread for the first time in my life three weeks ago using this formula and let me tell you it was soooooo good. I've been making it once to twice per week since. Yum yum.
AMAZING and very easy recipe!!! I didn’t have almond flower or extract, so I used only vanilla extract and regular flower. I also added walnuts and baked for 45 mins instead of 60 mins. It turned out delicious and very moist! Highly recommended ☺️.
Thank you for sharing your technique. Love your recipe but this time I decided to change up and modified it so less sugary and more natural on sweetness from the bananas. I did use the amount of bananas you recommended but added a little more flour and less butter and substitute it for avocado oil along with a little baking powder to give it a lift and not be so dense. I also made it with pecan and dark cocoa chocolate chunks and golden raisins or some with shredded toasted coconuts. As for smell and flavor of spice essence I added a dash’s of nut meg and 1 tsp of cinnamon. I changed the temperature for the baking to 450’ for 13min but turn it half way so it rise evenly. Then I turned it down to 350’ for 10-12 min depends how moist I want the cake to be. It was baked in mini baking pan verses the large bread loaf so I can save it in the fridge and enjoy longer for a week verses a few days and it not get spoil.
I just followed your recipe and my banana bread is in the oven now. The real test is when it’s finally baked. I made 3 loaves. One for me, my sister-in-law and my daughter. I’ll let you know the results once I taste it. The almond extract smelt so good. Ty for your recipe.
The best banana bread recipe. Thanks for sharing. I made a few adjustments interms of using wholewheat flour ( I do not have almond flour), oats and I added cinnamon along with nutmeg.
Maaaan I just made this....holy wow!!! My kids finish one batch now we on to another one....thaaaank you. You made it sooo simple n easy... GOD Bless you
Well I just made this banana bread tonight and boy was it moist and delicious!😋 I have an electric stove so I baked at 325 for one hour. I toasted chopped walnuts and added them to my mix, and used Splenda Brown Sugar Blend. This is my ‘Go To’ recipe!🙌🏽 Thank you for a great recipe!
Loved the way everything came together in one large bowl.... Mash bananas... sugar, two cups....butter 1 cup...eggs5-6.....essences... .almond meal and flour...baking soda 2 tsp.bake for 1hr at 350°F. And eat. ..bliss!
Just bought my danish dough whisk and christened it with this recipe. It’s in the oven right now and it smells divine and the best part is my kids aren’t really a fan of almond extract so that means more for me!
This is by far the best and easiest recipe to follow. There is nothing to fancy, just simple ingredients. I didn't have baking soda and it still tasted great!
I halved the ingredients and used one loaf pan and it came out really good! Changes I made: used half raw sugar and half sweetener, skipped almond extract and almond flour and replaced with vanilla extract and plain flour. It is super soft and not too sweet :)
I made it two days ago and it was so good, my whole family loved it, now I have to make it again because my mum has been begging me for it. Thank you so much it’s great
Made this recipe except for the almond extract coz I don’t know where to buy one here in the Philippines. Added choco chips and walnuts to it and it was so delicious. It’s now a family favorite. Thank you very much for your recipe. More powers!
Honestly, I’ve tried a number of banana bread recipes and this one is BY FAR the best. The measurements made two loaves, one of them I added chocolate chips to. Game changer. Both were delicious. Must try
I made this many times now, like 4 times. Wow! It’s worth it. Very easy to make. My kids loves it. We love this so much for our breakfast with milk and most of all snack time 😋🤩 super soft and moist!!!
I made this banana bread for my sons school recess. Everyone who tried it absolutely LOVED it. I used 6 bananas that were so ripe they were completely black and it was DEVINE! Thank you so much. Xx
I love this recipe. I used swerve 0 sugar & brown sugar sweeteners! I m adopted high protein low glycemic diet. I love the moist banana and crunchy almond banana bread flavor! Using kerrigold butter 1st time so rich flavor!!!! Will bake with almond meal, delivered next few days. Used almond flour first bake. My oven baked little dark at 50 min. Will check at 45 m this bake. Baking tonight! Lol I appreciate you! So simple put together & calm. Inspires me to bake again. I give 10 ,/2 thumbs up- loved it, I share it social media:):)
Just made this substituting all the sugar with panela/piloncillo sugar, and the almond flour with regular flour. And used vanilla extract only. It came out amazing. Thank you so much.
OMG that's so delicious. Turn out perfect on my first try and my first time making banana bread. I followed the receipe as she said except sugar which i reduced it to 1 1/3 cups. Glad that i found your recipe easy to follow through with simple ingredients. Next time i m gonna reduced butter to 2/3 cup and see the difference. Since my tongue gets oily feeling after i ate 3-4 slices. Again, Thanks so much!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Awesome banana bread and its so easy to make! I swap butter with coconut oil, smell heavenly ❤️ i also cut sugar by half. Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside 😍
I tried this recipe today didnt have almond extract so just used vanilla, and reduced sugar by 1 packed cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup white sugar. The almond flour gives such a nice taste so good. Thank you so much for this recipe and loved your technique of mixing everything in one bowl. Didnt make any mess. ❤💖
I just made this recipe, it was pretty good; however I added one extra banana, also I added 1 cup of sugar, as opposed to 2 cups. It was still pretty sweet. I used extra ripe bananas, with black spots on them. The banana bread was pretty moist, to be very honest. I didn’t use almond flour, just plain flour.
I'm a banana bread lover and I think I've tasted different kinds of banana breads and I would say that this banana bread ingredients which I exactly followed was the best tasty banana bread I've ever have. I've tasted something like this exact familiar taste before but don't know what were the exact ingredients for it till now. Thanks for sharing this.
This is the best banana bread! My husband loves it too. To adjust the sweetness for my taste, I used 1 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup honey. To add some crunch, I added crushed walnuts.
Tried this recipe. I would only put less sugar. But apart from that I'm never buying banana cake in the supermarket again. So delicious and moist and best of all easy to make. Thank you 😊
One of the best recipes of banana bread ever! It is actually so moist and soft even after few days. As a variation I add whole wheat flour in place of all-purpose one and also add chocolate chips, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg for flavour. Instead of white sugar I use palm sugar and maple syrup. To make it a healthy variation. Amazing everytime! Thank you for this recipe❤ My family craves for it 😊
I made this today and everybody at home loved ittttt! I changed a couple of measurements like sugar instead of 2 I just added 1 and instead of 5 eggs I just used 3... But still the bread is so moisturized OMGGGG delish!
I never took the time to thank you for your banana bread recipe….sooooo many people told me they love when I do your recipe, now everyone is giving me props, I’ve always told them I got it from your channel. I’ve even made it for special occasion for other people. This was god sent!!!!!❤
4 bananas 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar Stir together 1 cup butter Stir 5 large eggs Wisk together Vanilla extracts 1tbsp Almond extracts 1 tbsp 1 cup almond flour 1 cup plain flour 2tsp baking soda
First time baking in general and this recipe was so simple and easy to follow. I made this 2 days ago. My financè absolutely loved it! Reminded him of his late aunts banana bread. Brought it to work for friends to try and the first thing they said was BOMB lol! Thank you thank you for making me feel like I enjoy being in the kitchen! Banana bread is my absolutely favourite! No need to ask someone to make it or getting store bought (never any good) . All I can say is those 2 loafs were so moist and delicious and were finished in a day 😁 Ps. Didn't have almond flour or almond extract so I just used regular flour and vanilla extract. Baked at 350 for 45 mins and I came out perfect!

@@Wondorawoman She used 5 eggs.
Wondorawoman there is 5 eggs, if you look at the top of the bowl one of the eggs just had a popped yolk
I live in the UK and have access to self raising flour only 😂, do I still use or can I use less baking soda. Hence I teaspoon instead of 2.
Can't wait to make it! Sharing the recipe below, as I had to write it down:

In large bowl, combine:
4-5 bananas (mashed)
1 cup white sugar

1 cup butter
5 eggs
Add:*
1 tablespoon almond extract
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 C almond meal (almond flour)
1 C all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
Mix well; chunky is good!
Pour into 2 buttered loaf pans. Bake 1 hour

With 2 cups of sugar and the sweetness of the bananas, did you not find it very sweet - thx
@@MSGC55 No. Cut corners elsewhere on sugar, or don't use as much, or use an alternative, or dont eat it at all. It was perfect.

Yay!
I think the secret its on the amount of eggs she uses.
Didn’t have almond flour so made it with 2 cups of all purpose flour and it was still amazing! Perfectly moist on the inside and crispy along the edges! Thank you!
Mb08 B did it rise much higher compared to this which had almond flour? 😊
Oh good because my son is allergic to nuts buy loves bananas, so I want make him this bread with some overripe bananas we have. My husband and I don't eat bananas at all..lol
Thanks for sharing. Chanced on the recipe today. I have almost all other ingredients and all purpose flour. On my way to bake now :)
Ohhhhh I was wondering as I don’t have almond flour! Thankyou
It’s too late 😔😭😂
@@ngozichukwuma5191 aww its okay do it next time we all learn from our mistakes.
What do you mean by cream the butter and sugars? 😅
@@makisekurisu4367 i mean mix them really well until the become a paste
So glad you love it and share your second loaf. Thank you for your lovely comment 😊
@@muhlissuh__ hey I have a question, cut I cut the measurements you used in half, like two bananas and half of a cup, because I don’t wanna make that much
@@erikacalle7853 guess you can
And you do all the mixing in one bowl so less dishes to clean.
Hi, did you put it in the batter or sprinkle on top once the batter was in the pan?
Cam4Jess I added it in the batter as a last step before pouring the batter in the pan.. 😊
Oo
So so good. I gave my sister-in-law the recipe, she made it for her coworkers. They liked it so much. The next week she made five batches for sale took it to work and she sold out.
My coworkers said I should sell it also.
Nailed it!! Thank you. Simply the best I have ever had and made. This recipe is definitely a keeper.
Substitution:
I did not have salted butter, so I added 1 cup margarine, 1/4 cup organic coconut oil & 1/4 tsp sea salt.
Brilliant! hahaha i should have done half cups too.
Yap, I agree the sugar was too much, just made this recipe too sweet. But it was yummy🥰. Thanks for this recipe
I tried your recipe and it came out perfect, my family loved it. To the Almighty be the glory, honour and praise.
Amen

Yay!!!!
Flour*
Hi, did you double up the flour used?
I recommend this recipe!! I made it for my parents and they said it was the best banana bread that they ever had!!
I guess it was so good you passed out and forgot to update!
Tell us hahah
The best banana bread recipe. Thanks for sharing.
I made a few adjustments interms of using wholewheat flour ( I do not have almond flour), oats and I added cinnamon along with nutmeg.
Maaaan I just made this....holy wow!!! My kids finish one batch now we on to another one....thaaaank you. You made it sooo simple n easy... GOD Bless you
Thank you for sharing this recipe. This is the best one I’ve tried. It was very moist but crunchy on top. I just used 1.5 cups brown sugar.
I made It today with coconut flour instead of almonds flour, 5 eggs. Used walnut.
It was delicious and very moist. Thanks
Loved the way everything came together in one large bowl....
Mash bananas... sugar,two cups....butter 1 cup...eggs5-6.....essences...
.almond meal and flour...baking

And eat. ..bliss!
Thank you for sharing this recipe with us . This is one of the most simple but BEST BANANA BREAD RECIPE.. TURNED OUT REALLY NICE N MOIST
Just made!!! Wow! The chewy crunchie texture on the outside and the soft, spongy inside! Amazing!
I have been making this for 4 years now and I never commented. Everyone loves when I bake this! Thank you!!
I halved the ingredients and used one loaf pan and it came out really good! Changes I made: used half raw sugar and half sweetener, skipped almond extract and almond flour and replaced with vanilla extract and plain flour. It is super soft and not too sweet :)
How about the eggs? The original recipe called for 5 eggs. Did you use 3 eggs or 2 eggs?
I only have 1 loaf pan. Please advise.
@@estheraida5101 as far as I remember, I used 3 eggs
I MADE THIS AND IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST BANANA BREAD I'VE EVER MADE OR EATEN! HANDS DOWN THE BEST...THANK YOU! MOIST, TASTY AND DELICIOUS...
agree on the butter amount

Best banana bread ever! I make it every week!
Awesome banana bread and its so easy to make! I swap butter with coconut oil, smell heavenly ❤️ i also cut sugar by half. Crispy on the outside, soft and moist on the inside 😍
I"ve made this dozens of times now and it blows everybody else's banana bread out of the water! Best recipe! 👏🏆
I just baked this and oh my goodness it is the best banana bread I have ever tasted thank you for sharing!
I use this recipe over and over again My grandkids love it thank you
I'm a banana bread lover and I think I've tasted different kinds of banana breads and I would say that this banana bread ingredients which I exactly followed was the best tasty banana bread I've ever have.
I’ve made this like 5 times, it’s delicious and my husband’s favorite. Thank you!!!
DId you use 1 cup of brown sugar or regular sugar?
Jeremy Compton regular!
Hi do you mind if u could give the recipe for the measurements that you used? i really dont want to use that much sugar and eggs haha

I just made this recipe and let me tell you: this is the best banana bread ever. I can’t still believe it. Wow, soooooo good.
All I can say is those 2 loafs were so moist and delicious and were finished in a day 😁
Ps. Didn't have almond flour or almond extract so I just used regular flour and vanilla extract. Baked at 350 for 45 mins and I came out perfect!
Aww im so glad everyone loved it and that you had fun in the kitchen!
