Can't wait to make it! Sharing the recipe below, as I had to write it down:
    Pre-heat oven 350°F.
    In large bowl, combine:
    4-5 bananas (mashed)
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup butter
    5 eggs
    Add:*
    1 tablespoon almond extract
    1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 C almond meal (almond flour)
    1 C all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoon baking soda
    Mix well; chunky is good!
Pour into 2 buttered loaf pans. Bake 1 hour
    .

I made this 2 days ago following every step and ingredient, except for the almond extract, and it came out amazing! Made 2 loafs. Now I don't have to wait on my wife to make it. Absolutely loved it! As someone who has never baked banana bread before, it came out basically perfect!! I only wanted to make one loaf so I halved the ingredients and only used all purpose flour and all vanilla extract for the multiple kinds of ingredients. I used around a 3/4 cup of brown sugar to 1/4 white sugar ratio. My bananas were pretty ripe and I used 2 and a half, while I used 2 whole eggs. Super great recipe, the only thing I'd recommend is to use a tiny bit less butter since it was pretty oily!
Definitely recommend it to those who want to try but are hesitant.

First time baking in general and this recipe was so simple and easy to follow. I made this 2 days ago. My financè absolutely loved it! Reminded him of his late aunts banana bread. Brought it to work for friends to try and the first thing they said was BOMB lol! Thank you thank you for making me feel like I enjoy being in the kitchen! Banana bread is my absolutely favourite! No need to ask someone to make it or getting store bought (never any good) . All I can say is those 2 loafs were so moist and delicious and were finished in a day 😁
Ps. Didn't have almond flour or almond extract so I just used regular flour and vanilla extract. Baked at 350 for 45 mins and I came out perfect!

I'm waiting for my oven to heat up. The recipe is done and raring to go. I used Donna Reish Very low carb flour mix and einkorn flour. 1 cup each, for practically gluten-free. I got a double yolk in my eggs from stop and shop. I'm happy now! I used an erythritol and sucralose blend, from Amazon, and coconut sugar. No almond extract so I tbs. of cinnamon.
UPDATE:: It came out just like the photo. Here is what my son texted this morning:: That's great tasting banana bread, moist and rich overall, with not too strong a banana flavoring which is good, thanks for bringing it over! :)I love you.
