The extreme is by far the best off road wheel, in my opinion. I've been using the DS200-55 suspension for a few months now, and I absolutely love it. I mainly ride mtb trails, and so far, there is nothing that the wheel couldn't handle.

That's impressive watching the suspension going down those stairs! Great upgrade even if a pita to install.

I just got a 50s extreme with the gen 2 shock and those bunny hops made me jealous, i need that kind of rebound in my life

The gen 2 shock is total garbage (worse than the Gen 1 in every way except bottoming out). The gen 3 shock is the best suspension I've felt on any EUC. Its worth it!

Totally agreed, I hate the gen2 shock, it’s either way too stiff with the 1300lb spring, or way too soft and bottoms out with the 900lb

@@nolanngo2652 I’m 6”4’ and 250 pounds and I had the same results. My motor mounts ended up stretching and cracking and so when they sent me the parts under warranty, I had to tear the whole wheel down. there’s a Russian guy on UA-cam that has a tear down for the extreme and in that video he explains that keeping one of the stanchions a little bit loose help with the sliders. I put everything back together, left one side a little bit loose, put marine grease on the slider stanchions, added about a centimeter preload to the 900 pound spring, put the shock in the “hard” hole, and after putting everything back together, found it to be better than it had been the whole time. My original airshock leaked after three months and they would not warranty it. So now I’m going to have to spend another $300-$400 for the newest shock. I feel like Begode should send out the new shock to everyone who bought the first or second batch. Spending $600 to make the wheel how it should’ve been in the first place kind of sucks. I originally emailed them about getting the new shock but they never responded. I do big jumps, go upstairs, downstairs, and everything in between.

Are you using 900lb or 1,300lb spring?

You should change your channel name to something more catchy and add a profile pic. This channel will become one of the main EUC channels on youtube!

    What adjustments have you made?
    Red knob.and blue knob?
Also my wheel has marks on the battery case from the tire touching it. I can see yours does the same thing. When u go side to side.

Still new to EUC. Can you share some details about the tire rub against the battery case and where you see it in the video (minute/second on time bar)? I want to better understand the issue. Thanks.

When he carves(side to side) you can see his tire move close to each side of the battery box.

Thank you for the added detail. I'm considering Extreme or V14. Internal rub on the Extreme is concerning. I'm going to reach out to others and see if this issue is widespread. Thank you for sharing.😊

I messed with the shock a lot and I can't remember the exact adjustments, just that I spent 10 minutes jumping on it while turning knobs until it felt perfect.
My tire doesn't rub on the batteries, I checked and there are no marks (also I would hear it if that happened, which it has on my T4).

  • @boulate

Do you think it can compare to v14 ?
    I'm a 6.6guy (250lbs) and want to replace my old ks18l.

Does the Inmotion V14 not interest you? I suppose there's way too much of an overlap with the Extreme.

    • @FunTech4Real
      @FunTech4Real  Місяць тому +1

      it's extremely similar (I haven't tried the V14)

What is the best urban wheel, walking on the streets of the city on a daily basis? Ps. I’m not going to use offroad.
