Interesting your techniques. personally, I have a chronic superior scapular. I do regular exercises several times a week with the shoulders range of motion stretching, including the stretch you showed, in door well, and some weights .Chiropractic activator adjustments have been used but a they don’t really seem to correct the problem yet the exercise and everything I do prevent me from having pain and very little restriction. when I do use hand wts at least twice a week I do 5 pounds bilaterally to every muscle group in the shoulders & chest. I know there is at least 19 muscles to have some type of attachment to the scapular the spine and the neck so it’s a very arduous task to determine the exact balance. I really haven’t recruited physical therapist for this issue because it’s not painful or limiting. I have no scoliosis either. Just wondering if you’ve run into clients like that. Thanks for any insights.
