Subbed! I have an 06 in Oregon the same color! Upgraded transmission, aluminum drive shaft, pedders suspension, brakes, a radiator. It's always something finding the weak spot! Good luck! Staying tuned!😎 next..a steering wheel. Lol
Hey Hook937, first and foremost thanks for the video. Very nice set up. I did have a question in regards to the set up. Our GTO bolt circles are 5x120 and I noticed that you went with a 5x120.65. Everything i have read in regards to this set up puts some strain on the wheel studs because it isn't perfect even though its so close. Have you had any issues with it or did you change anything that allows you to run this?
Chad Warner I have had no issues, I’ve heard similar talks but I personally know several people running the 4.75” bolt pattern including myself and I’ve had no issues getting the wheel to fit, line up and bolt on. I’ve sent it several time on the track and never had one come loose or anything
@@hook937 awesome man! I was going through your videos and just seen where you drilled out the holes for your studs and was about to come back and delete my comment. It makes sense to do it that way. Essentially making your own bolt circle. I'm about to do a very similar set up. I'm running 7.70s on my stroker set up with stock wheels and tires in the 1/8th and I was checking out your times as well. You have totally convinced me to do this setup. Very nice man.
The GTO has Y link suspenson. That means when your Tire Goes Up its actualy going foward and you loose your camber and trackion etc... Thats why im swapping my GTO Axle out with a Wish bone rear subframe. Subscribbed
@@hook937 nice i might do that to mine i got a stock silver one that’s pretty clean And no problem I need more info like this there ain’t a lot of it on here compared to other cars at least from what I’ve noticed
@@willfleischauer thanks for the support. I’ll be returning from the Middle East soon and creating more content, hopefully you’ve subscribed so you don’t miss any!
No wobbling under acceleration or at higher speeds..? Just wondering because I may do this myself… also is the paint on the rears and fronts the same exact black? Looks very similar
Great video all the good info
Thank you
Thats the coolest looking spare rim ever
Yeah, Holden got that one right. I was super happy with how it looks
Agreed

Anthony Quattrocchi Thank you for the support. New video coming out today
Glad I found this. Thank you so much. This car is so much fun but I can't hook up at all lol
Same same !!!! I can leave both tires on pavement for some couple of feet !!! But I need to hook and go !!!
Impressive! Definitely saving some money here!

This video is great. Do you have any photos of the rear caliper bolt grinned down?

The hub centric rings eliminate the strain on the studs
Nice ride, well done my man!
Thank you for the support. More content coming once I get home from the Middle East

GTO suspension is a hard one to dial in. Thanks for the subscribe!
What’s your best time ?
That spot on the trunk by the license plate
Do y’all paint that or do som of them come like that?
I just ordered some vinyl cutouts from online. Google GTO bumper inlays, there’s a couple company’s doing it. Thanks for checking out the channel

Hi! Where I can buy these tail lights?
Do you drive with the slicks on the road? I have some bias plys I just purchased. Was wondering if I'd be ok driving with them to and from the track
I've driven them on the streets a good little bit. I haven't had any issues
I love the red white and blue GTO on the rear valence panel
I love it as well, thanks for the comment!
I upgraded springs and put drag bags in. I also run viking shocks. I turn them up all the way when at the drag strip.
A cam swap isnt a bolt on .
I said full bolt on and cam setup, might have said it to fast but I never said a cam was a bolt on mod.
Thanks for checking out the channel!
