If you mean shaking the steer, sometimes it helps, but not everytime, mostly not, but I like to do that in the last corner of Dinosaur Canyon it helps

Hey chadbrick67, I am the current world record holder for beginner, as seen in this video. This is the world record for time attack, not with other cars. With other cars, you can do a much faster time!

(Unless others do the same, otherwise it will be unfair to any of those XB360/PS3/MAME/ARCADE/XBone/XBSS/XBSX/Saturn, I'm sorry but I like the word "equal" even though it does not exist in this world, by the way, video description may not be checked by everyone,, but the whole video itself is apparently clear enough to tell what this video is about, straight from the first second, I did not just crop the gameplay session, or replay session, what if someone did a world record on Saturn, but then oops that doesn't count because there are different versions exist, that will be sad)
I forgot about Dreamcast sorry, I like the DC version too, in fact that's the best version in my opinion, so far
