    I'm gonna keep it 1000 😆 I've been looking for recently posted videos. OH MY GRANNIES !! I saw some of your wedding videos. I was balling my eyes out after your dad did his story and tost. AMAZING JOB HE DID. Sorry guy's I don't mean to write a doggone book but everything was so ELEGANT and just fit you two to a tee. I'm really going to try and prepare some of the recipes. I just turned 73 in March and time hasn't slowed down. Hell when I was born the DEAD SEA WAS JUST SICK. . Ms.Dusty Houston TX looking forward to seeing your next video

    I bought this fish not knowing what to do with it - this easy recipe is awesome ❤ - (marinated for 2 days). So yummy!! Thanks for the link on where to buy sablefish/black cod since my store doesn’t always have it.

    i had this at Nobu Malibu a few years ago, although I think it was the Chilean Sea Bass. Either way it was glorious.

    Another tip....you can use the marinade to soak your chicken too. It gives the chicken another dimension. Misoyaki chicken! goes so good with rice.....

      Hi Paul! This dish is really good with salmon, too! It's not melt-in-your-mouth as much as black cod is, but, still very yummy!

    What temp did you bake them at?

      Hi there! We baked them (after searing them in a hot skillet) at 400°F for about 8 to 10 minutes. Hope this helps!

    Is it normal for black cod to have stronger fish smell? picked up a whole fish at my local Costco and packaging said "fresh" with today's date, I know some fish have that tendency to get the fishy smell even not long after it has been dispatched.

      So sorry for the late response! It does have a bit of a fishy smell, but the amazing thing is after it marinates for 2 or 3 days and then bakes, there's no fishy taste at all (at least that's what we think). We hope you enjoy (or enjoyed) it!! Keep us posted!
