    Short. Simple. Looks delicious! The fish we buy here in Alaska is a lot different from the bass, carp, and catfish I'm used to in the south. I feel more confident cooking this fish now. Thanks!

      Amazing right? I did not like fish growing up in Rochester, NY. My uncle introduced me to fresh Alaskan fish.

    Absolutely love Sablefish...have a big piece thawing in the fridge right now for tomorrow! I'm also a dues paying member of Butcher Box but I get my fish from Vital Choice.

    What do you do do with the skin? Are you going to eat it or peel it off to the side and discard?

    Might be the tastiest fish in the world but its the same price as salmon... hope it doesn't get too popular in the US
