Thanks! It was helpful, I was confused between getting a Canon 5d Mark ii or Canon 700d. Seems like 700d would be a great choice to begin my filmmaking career.
You are amazing! Incredible useful 🥳👏 I spent 2 days to figure this out...and I recorded an event already and I can't really use the content 🤯😇 This is so useful. I just subscribed to ur Channel. Keep up the good work - thank u ever so much 🤗🤩
As my holidays are coming up, I will finally have some time to make a couple more tutorials. Folks have asked for ISO and focusing techniques. See you in a couple of weeks!
No, it just depends on which lens you are using. It will also depend on some cameras whether it is zoomed o not. You are most likely using an 18-55mm lens. Nothing wrong with the camera.
@@olafolaffsonn Ah, I had no idea, thanks. I have a CANON EOS 700 D + 18-55 IS STM. Olaf, which setting is the best for filming the night sky? Photography is OK but when I start filming in the night sky I miss the details as in the photos. i.imgur.com/m8iJZv1.jpg
Make sure its not on auto ISO. Other than that, just make sure you have enough light. Shoot during the day outside and see if you can get footage that isnt grainy.
Several things to possibly change. Ideally use more lighting but not always possible. You can open the aperture to the lowest possible number, like f3.4 or lower. Still too dark? You can raise the ISO but the higher you go the more noise you get.

You can do 1920, 30 or 1280, 50 by changing the filming mode from pal to ntsc
This is super great! Where is your video on Iso and aperture....? Very keen for that and could find it!
Please make more camera tutorials!! This was incredibly helpful and straight forward!
Kirsten Wood I'm working on some more. Just trying to find time. :P
طيب لو سمحت...هل الفرق بينها وبين 700d بيستاهل أزيد سعر واجيب 750d ? شو رأيك حضرتك؟
Thanks man lovely bit of useful info great video. Have a great day !!!
sir what if shoot video in AF mode I mean which is better AF mode or go manually ?
I prefer manual as AF can mistakenly focus on background items. I am currently editing together a focus tutorial so keep an eye out.
This was really useful! Please make more videos on filmmaking using 700D. Desperately need them! Thanks :)
Very informative and well spoken tutorial! Thanks!
Concise, clear, perfect- thanks!
I wanna make short film with this one.....will it be good...only problem I think with this is autofocus and noise of the lens...how to counter that
Rupraj Tajve I have the same problem. Have you found a solution?
My aperture (Canon700D) goes from 4.5 to 29, not from 2.0 to 22 Is something wrong with my camera?

Is one of your beginner student shooting your video?
Can't see any of your videos up. Feel free to show us how to do it.
Really found this helpful👌
Can it shoot at 30fps? thanks
Awesome mate
hi . how to record self video or photos without to turn this right to left and left to right ? auto rotate does not work maybe ?
Hey there, sorry, I'm not sure what you are asking
Thank you for your help! 💙
The videos I take on my 700D looks kinda grainy, even if I'm on low ISO like ISO 100. How do I fix this?
Make sure its not on auto ISO. Other than that, just make sure you have enough light. Shoot during the day outside and see if you can get footage that isnt grainy.
Is there a button to start recording?
The video record button is on the top right back of the camera that is used to switch display modes. It has a red dot.
@@olafolaffsonn Thank god somebody asked that! I was looking for ages and fiddling about!
if fps is 50 per second and shutter should be 100 other places are dark what should I do

"In the benigin" - Jacob Zuma
"god said let there be lghit...and there was lghit."
Dude, check your focus and turn down the contrast.
MatthewLaughlin I like high contrast. I crank it in post. Seems in focus to me. Sometimes UA-cam compression makes things seem soft.
Ha! (:
