    Learn the foundations of headstand, including how to warm up your core, future proof your shoulders and wrists, mobilise your hamstrings and hips and create the foundation for your headstand. In this class, I guide you through some drills to build strength and create stability and then I explain the fundamentals of tripod headstand as well as supported headstand, finally, we move through some headstand progressions to begin building your confidence and working past fear.

    Jeez … I actually did it. I had a back cushion of my sofa leaning against the wall by coincidence, so when the shoulder (edit: I meant elbows ofc, not shoulders) headstand practise felt not too hard, I figured, why not try leaning against that cushion? First time I relied on that cushion fully, second time I managed to come into the headstand and balance it out freely. :-O I never thought I could do something like that!
