- Welcome to this yoga practice for Kakasana Crow pose. Today we start the arm balance series, a series that is designed to help you build upper body strength, work towards challenging yoga poses and level up your practice.
In this class I take you through a flow to prepare your body and help ready you for crow and then I break down how to enter the pose so that if you are a beginner this challenging pose becomes more attainable.

This was my first atempt to try crow pose. I failed i didnt do it but i hope that after your arm balance series i will do it
Brilliant Charlie! I just did crow pose from the Day 5 class of your 30 Day challenge. But needed a little more instruction to understand the arm/knee position. I especially loved your comment about maybe feeling a little sensitivity in the backs of the arms when first starting. You answered my question perfectly with that one statement! Love it! Thank you!

Oh Kim I’m so happy my finally words resonated with you. I think it’s really important to come back to that place of non judgement at the end of the class, where we let go of what happened or didn’t happen and just enjoy the moment for what it is 💜
great practice! i didn't realize my arms were bending out until you pointed it out! finally able to get both feet up consistently & looking forward to being able to hold it longer

I had a little shoulder injury that I'm finally (almost) fully back from, so i picked this cuz I wanted the upper body stuff, which was- of course- great.. BUT THEN that thread the needle popped my lower back all the way to my sacrum. It's hard to even believe, let alone describe, how beautiful that felt. Charlie is absolutely friggin amazing

hi, this practice is really cool!! although idk how to deal with the pain on my arm's skin when leaning forward with knees:( also i really am sure i have much longer arms than you and i struggle hahahhah
