    I was doing another one of the 20 min strength workouts thinking “man, she hasn’t posted another one in a minute” just for it to be posted 10 mins later. Love it!

    I love that when your workouts say 20 minutes- they’re ACTUALLY 20 minutes. No long intros & you jump straight into the next moves & demo while we go along with you. Great that I can still get a proper workout in when I don’t have much time ❤❤

    I've been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now and they haven't gotten much easier on me lol I've lost 5 lbs so far with these along with walking 2 days a week and a calorie deficit. Thank you! I will update my progress throughout my journey to a healthier self. UPDATE: 🎉 over a month working out to these videos, walking, and maintaining my calorie deficit and I've lost 13 lbs! 38 lbs till my goal weight. Thank you madfit for the workouts I'm getting much stronger. Update #2: I finally am down 25 lbs in 2.5 months. 26 lbs to go till my goal weight

    Your full body strength workouts are my FAVORITE. I’ve been doing your workouts for years (in between having 3 kids!) and always come back. I love the supersets and find it much more engaging than any other at-home workouts I’ve tried.

    Hi Maddie!
    I usually don't comment on videos but I just wanted to say that I have never been able to stick with a workout routine before, let alone actually enjoy that workout, but thanks to you and your amazing workout videos I am happy to say that all changed!
    I actually find myself looking forward to my workouts each day, and working alongside you, it's like you are there with me!
    I am coming up on my 2 month streak, and I just wanted to say thankyou. I never thought I could do something like this, but with your approach/teaching it's now a reality for me.
    The results don't lie!
    I truly am so thankful for you and your channel, I was totally lost when it came to exercise and form, but you have helped me so much!
    You have a special ability that makes me feel like this is doable, and fun at the same time (I'm sure others would agree!)

    Hi Maddy. This is Nazah. I personally want to Thank You for all your workout videos which have great impact on me for last three months. Being a full time doctoral student and researcher, created a habit of stress eating which made me to gain about 10 pounds. I started following your videos (100 rep squats, HIIT, strength training) regularly and now I am able to loose 8 pounds in this summer with a balanced diet.       @@inactive5877 hello! yes, i do them for almost a year now. You have to make a lil plan (every monday i do cardio, tuesday legs, wednesday rest, thursday upper body you know what i mean) and follow that plan:) madfit has really great workouts im glad youre working on yourself. one thing i will say is youre not gonna see results in two weeks like some people say these days. Youre gonna se great results in half a year of following a plan. So just think of it as you need to romaticize it now to love doing it a feel great doing in write a lil diary of workouts u do and in half a year or a bit less youre gonna be so happy with yourself that the joy you will feel will be your motivation to keep going. And also dont be to strict cuz that can ruin everything. Just stick to a plan you make (if ure a begginer make it light and maybe 3 times a week then you make it more) and theres absolutelly nth wrong if youll eat a chocolate bar, dont call it a cheat day and say “from tomorrow on ill be good” cuz that will make you give up. If youre new to fitness i would say Maddie is the best coach you can find bc she talks during the workout WHILE she is exercising she explqins the form and everything. 😊

    That little tip about twisting the wrist and pushing palms up for the triceps kickback made ALL the difference!!!!!

    I really like your videos. One thing I wish they had was the structure of the workout right at the top of the video. I like to mix it up, so some days I like doing the super sets, others maybe 2 rounds of repeats. It just helps to sort through which video I want to use that day a little easier. Thank you for sharing your videos!

    I love 20 minute full body workouts 🥰 Please do one that is knee-friendly and has quadriceps exercises, most don't have quadriceps exercises or repetitions and I like repetitions, I feel like I'm working that muscle better 😂

    My first day of workout....i have done ur warmup, full body and cool down... OMG warm up was so nice...but this whole workout...i didnt know i am this much weak.....my legs are literally trembling while doing many steps esp my left leg...😢😢😢😢but Iam completed... sweating a lot..I am happy..coz i have done it...❤❤❤THANK U DEAR❤
    Update: OMG!!! I cant even get up from bed... complete body hurts.....butt hurts...cant even sit😢😢😢cant walk properly 😭

    Thank you for the form instructuon, esp "press the heels into the ground, feet out"! Pronating the feet also...i didn't do perfect but thos helped my knees so much!

    Thank you for this. My depression hit me again and it gave me no excitement to workout. Fortunately my dog nudged me to my mat and I guess that was her telling me I should workout. Couldn’t handle 30mins so this one was great. Felt better afterwards so thank you.

    I did this earlier (loved it by the way). As some of the tunes are the same as in the 20 minute ab cardio sculpt (my frequent go-to) my brain kept wanting me to jump up and start doing high knees and jump in and outs! 😂. Also, whenever Espresso comes on in my car, it's so hard to not be doing the dance in my head!
