- MAGICAL FULL MOON YOGA 💐🌝 full flower moon | chill full body yoga [30 min] ✨✨✨ HAPPY FULL MOON! Welcome to this yoga celebration of May’s full flower moon in sagittarius. Today, we will embody this blooming season through gentle, slow flow movements that resemble the graceful forms of flowers.
Our movements are also aligned with the expansive and adventurous spirit of Sagittarius, encoring exploration and openness in every pose. As this is the season of the Snake, we will also embody Snake and discuss snake teachings.
Let this class serve as a reminder that, just as the flowers, we all bloom in our own way and in accordance with our own timelines.
In today's slow flow class, we'll blend warming and gentle movements, mirroring the resilience of the flowers. May this practice help us to cultivate the strength and grace to bloom together under this full moon.

A lovely practice, enjoyed on a beautiful Swedish spring morning. I caught a glimpse of the full flower moon yesterday at dusk, hanging large in the sky over the blooming trees, the smell of flowers in the air. That moment, combined with this practice and a reading from my favorite author and book…just magical! 🌼🌸🌺🌕

Your yoga is so esthetically pleasing that I feel like I am practicing in the middle of a poem, the readings notwithstanding. That last stretch for each side of the spine to the hip just before shavasana was amazing. I have lumbar spinal stenosis and the muscles get awfully tight between spine and hip. Those stretches were intense and releasing. Thank you for this beautiful practice.

Ah! Finally got around to this full moon flow (a good five days late) and I still felt the lingering residues of yesterday release from my being. I adore flower pose, and the planting seed twists 🌱 And what a lovely closing read, honouring the seasons, their fleeting quality… the transient nature of the flower, blossoming only temporary in great beauty and then saying goodbye. The pace of these flows are lovely, so healing and nurturing. Thank you as always 🙏 All the light and grace to those practicing here ❤
