This is the first yoga class I've done in almost a month because I got a very severe knee injury. I've never been so injured, and since I started doing yoga, this was the longest break from it I've taken, not because I wanted to, but because I physically could not do it. Now that I've been able to start physical therapy, the injury is starting to look a lot better. It is still too soon to tell if there is ligament damage, but nothing is broken or dislocated, just a lot of swelling and bruising. It's one of those injuries that feels as bad as it looks. This class was gentle enough I was able to modify things so I wasn't ever on my knee, but I was able to do almost every pose! The way you instruct, you voice, it is very reassuring, like I can do this, heal, and to not give up. Thank you for the wonderful class, and I look forward to doing more! Yoga has always been my safe place and my healer, I am thankful I can finally get back on my mat.

I find your practices so nourishing in every way, from the beautiful intros all the way through to the closing readings. I love the subtle and peaceful music you choose, and I especially love how your themes carry so strongly throughout the entire practice. I have done many themed practices with many teachers, but I have never found any others wherein the themes are as strongly incorporated as they are in your practices. Oh Thank you. what a lovely little flow with rest and muscle connection. I've always heard it referred to as the Buck moon but this year Thunder moon has been all I've heard. We had a beautiful storm on the day of the full moon and the sky has been moody looking every since with sporadic rain we desperately needed. My favorite was the W3 variations with the little step between transitions. Thank you for all that you provide! 🌕⛈💚

We hardly ever get thunderstorms in the PNW but it was lovely to immerse myself in this practice anyway because when we do get them, they are magical! Looking forward to practicing with you again, this was a balm for the soul

I practiced on my covered porch…at the beginning I could hear a thunderstorm building in the distance, by the end during your beautiful reading, the storm had officially arrived with light rain and loud thunder rumbles.
