Hi Eric, I’m a new sub. Very creative way to do shrimp scampi smoked. I have done it a few different ways but I’ve never done it this way low and slow. It was more hot and fast grilled using some liquid smoke and regular smoke and then drenched in the butter and garlic and lemon and cilantro or parsley at the end. But this way is new to me and I love to see new things. Great video. So far your channel looks like he has great variety and I will likely BingeWatch very soon LOL.

Oh wow. I love shrimp but I've never made shrimp scampi. I think this would totally be dish to make and use the left over heat from our weber smoker. Sure was scary and unreal to see that sky and the burning holy mountain. I hope they will get under control soon. Those shrimps looked amazing ! Thanks for the drools 👍😀
