  • Today is all about how to cook Cajun grilled Shrimp scampi ,Seafood Shrimp recipe. We took minced garlic, butter and lemon juice and heated it up in a vast iron skillet to cook our shrimp in on the PitBoss Austin Xl Pellete Grill

    Looks really good. As an Alaskan all my life. We, I only cook the shrimp for only 8 to 10 minutes. otherwise the shrimp is to rubbery. Still a great job. I'd eat them.

    Butter, garlic, lemon and jumbo shrimp equals great flavour. The juice in the pan are good for dipping some bread into. Cheers, Kenneth! ✌️

      that would be legit for sure. I was asked to make a cook book not long ago by a publishing company I just didn't have the time. I may need to revisit with them

    Looks delicious! I just got real hungry! I would have used real butter with fresh garlic and lemon juice, though.

      fresh is always better. I did use fresh juice towards the end. thanks for watchin
