What I don't understand is, if you are in the same state/town as other agents, there are generally thousands of agents in each town and/or state, so aren't all of the agents ALL calling the expired listings? So what I am saying is the person that listed the house, aren't they getting calls from all different agents, so what would entice someone to use you over the hundreds of other agents out there that could also be calling them. Or for example if you have 50 agents in one office, aren't all of the agents all looking at the same list of expired listings, FSBO's?
