Wow this is the first one that speaks to my body. They say "life is movement" (not just contracting!) and the gentle sway of my pelvis is something I've never felt before. Thank you so much, coming back to this again and again!
Thanks, Dr. Melissa, I am very new to understanding & "feeling" what's going on, but I'll keep at it. I have arthritis in my back, so I'll have to use a pillow instead of the block, but I do have 4 of them. Have a blessed day 😊

Thank you so much for this video. 💝I will try these exercises regularly so I can start feeling better, I been suffering from severe debilitating pain from pelvic floor dysfunction and interstitial cystitis to the point I been bedridden the past weeks and haven't been able to go to work and everything is painful for me, everything has been extremely hard on my body but I was able to do this exercises🥹💝💞
You are welcome and so glad to hear you were able to do these exercises. We also have several videos on interstitial cystitis ua-cam.com/video/_9BSh9Lena8/v-deo.htmlsi=TCBmpgH3QtLXiSFv
@@DrMelissaOlesonThank u for the recommendation!! I tried it and it was a little bit hard on my body but when I’m feeling more better I will try it again ♥️
Thanks so much! I would like to see videos to practice 3-4 times a week for pelvis floor dysfunction. Would you recommend this video for that purpose or do I need something longer?
I am 17 years old and I feel unsatisfied after urinating, like something left. And I feel discomfort all the time in this area. I did all the important tests and there was no sign of inflammation or anything like that. I tried taking Tamsolin for a few days and it didn't work. After a little research I saw that my pelvic floor may be tight. My theory is that because I don't lift weights in the gym correctly (for example I hardly breathe when I lift) so this happened to me. Do you think it has to do with the pelvic floor? And is this video the right one for me?
Currently dealing with the same issue ! Recently started lifting heavy at the gym and think I wasn’t breathing properly and now it’s affecting my pelvic floor. Did you find relief doing these exercises ??
Some of the moves can help with constipation especially combined with breathing! There is a connection between constipation and pelvic floor. We have lots of videos on constipation on our channel 💗
These exercises can be helpful for a tight pelvic floor, incontinence, and prolapse. It's all about learning how to manage intra-abdominal pressure. When there is too much pressure this can lead to gripping and tightness of the pelvic floor. This is why your breath and how you are breathing with these exercises is key!
