Lovely Evie , Thank you for the info
Thanks for watching ☺️
Great stuff Evie. By the way, I love your accent!
Thanks for your support!!! 🤩
Pycnogenol helps to lower eye pressures. Higher eye pressures can lead to glaucoma.
Well Said!!
Thanks Mike!
It's so damn expensive though 😢. Especially in the therapeutic doses they use in those studies (100-300mg a day), are financially impossible to get from consumer supplements... .😢
Yes you’ve got a good point! Unfortunately some supplements are just too $$ 🙁
Have you heard of or used Pycnogenol? 🙂
Pycnogenol is a amazing supplement I stack with Enzogenol which is a pine bark native to New Zealand
That’s very interesting! Do you notice a difference if you stop taking either one of them?
@@EviePharmacist I have taken each both for a year individually but found my body preference is taking both together.
thx you, where can i find this in natural fruits/legumes or so?
Pine bark extracts are only from pine bark! But some of the active ingredients can be found in peanut skin and grape seeds (although I find most grapes are seedless these days!!!)
Yes I use pine bark..but I use L-citeralien plus 9mg of boron..every day.. cycle off boron for about a week and a half then back on again
Sounds like an effective combo!
