My favorite Supertramp song. Thanks for all the beautiful music and memories. Hope your well Roger, whereever you are. Linda, Brimstone Productions, keeping the lads fueled.😁🩷😁
My favorite artist. I remember my brother giving me this album on my birthday (I still have it). I played it over and over memorizing every word, every note. Knowing the next song as it played in my head before the needle got to it. Thank you, Roger Hodgson. You truly are and have written the soundtrack to my life and without your influence I wouldn't have appreciated music as I do today. I have seen you twice live and once with Supertramp in Boston at the Symphony Hall back in '78. Thank you. Thank you for the goose bumps, for the memories, for the music. Much love.
Way ahead of their time! Legends evn 40 yrs later still my favs or one of... 60 -70's is happening now. Live in the moment even your mind, heart & soul feels like your youth!☮️❤️🤘
This song has so much meaning for me. I have to say this, and Fools Overture, rank equally as my favorite Roger Hodgson songs. Thank you for the music Roger!
The albums of Supertramp are with me now for more than 30 years. I have seen Roger live 2 years ago and unlike any other concert I have been attending in the last 20 or 30 years, he kept me crying with every new song he performed. I cannot explain what your music is doing to me - I just can say that it is one of the most valuable experiences I ever made. Thank you.
This is my all-time favorite album. I had the cassette and played it so many times that the tape broke. Of course I bought another, then the CD and could never tire of hearing the whole album. Thank you for your music, and I pray to see you perform live someday. It'll be a dream come true to hear this song and Fool's Overture.
A fantastic collection of wonderful photos, the best frame to hear that gem, Even In The Quietest Moments. Great song and great album. What a legacy Roger has, a real treasure!!
One of the most eloquently worded songs,I remember.Supertramp was one of the best bands out there I too was 17 .I’d get a bit high myself on weeds put my headphones on and crank it up…..enter dreamland! No regrets. It still sounds just as fab sober as a judge. Love his smile! Again, great band. Great album cover too! Even In The Quietest Moments ! Was what I played repeatedly with passion …..I think, over time, its helped free my mind …..To one day eventually write myself. No rock poet, scarcely. But,it’s very freeing. Thank you Roger for all the beauty and your epic smiling!😊😊STILL GREAT!
Another example of why Roger Hodgson is one of the most gifted musicians of our generation. The video is great but to wholly appreciate this song you need to see him perform it live.
The first Supertramp song I ever heard. I saw them in concert a few months later in 1979. I was 17 and away from home and on my own for the first time in my life. Supertramp saved me from my destructive self.🙏♥️
Beautiful song and tribute video! Roger, you have found the art of connecting your life experiences with the hearts of others. Thank you Linda Gianotti for all the captivating photos!❤️
Merveilleuse chanson. Surtout live. Roger seul avec la guitare remplit chaque coin d'une salle de concert comme s'il était accompagné d'un orchestre avec les choristes. Incroyable. What a power..
Reminds of being kid in seventies. Simpler times fewer cars on road. Playing ball hockey my parents play records sound was so much better on turntable. This is for you dad r.i.p

You asked "Which song of Roger’s from this album holds a special place for you?" - Fool's Overture... it is the song that sparked the musical I wrote based on the Music of Supertramp
Spoken straight from my heart back when. Added to the 70's easy listening playlist on the World United Music Website. and I will be seeing your show in Montreal in 2 weeks time Roger. You are a force of positive energy in the art of music and heal the souls of all who listen. 8O)
And a year has passed and a part of MY life I will dedicate to you, your poetry, your thoughtfulness and your love for life. I will continue to share and introduce a song or a story of a time in my life, where you were the one I turned to for hope and for healing. Sometimes music is the language of my, (or anyone's) soul. Why is it considered faux pas to allow musicians to weave the poetry of your life? Think about it, the music that they write is a picture of reality for someone. Inspirational with a melody to help. But, it's okay to walk in and quote Shakespeare. But, oh quote a song, share a link, whatever it may be to help someone who may be lost or hurting inside, letting them know, they are not alone. That's a bad thing? Even the music without the lyrics for instance, has enough impact on a person's being - makes them think. And, well, if you can get them to think...and reason...and hope...and dream....and perhaps smile and ultimately - Live.. A huge 'thank you' to this man's thoughtful, poetic and very real passion, that he passed on to me and many others like me. Hugs Roger Hodgson❤
