@thomas samson the word chinga litteraly translates to "fuck", which in spanish has probably dozens of interpretations depending on the tone and manner, it can be good, bad, firendly, agressive, who knows.... but in this case it's hard to figure out a literal translation since there are not other accompanying words with "chinga", the closest I'd say it translates to, "The waitress are in fucking rush", this guy curses like few Mexicans I've known, but he's a really good host, funny how Vice never translates his cursing into the english equivalents, they always water down the translation and use non-offensive words in the subs.

When I was a kid, we lived in Tepic, Nayarit for more than a year. 1989, year of the fifa world cup. I can clearly remember all those amazing dishes we had at different stalls and restaurants. My dad worked as agronomist, so we visited the rural areas quite often. I tasted all the REAL home made stuff, pozole, tamales, chilaquiles served with friholes nefritos, sope, and many others. Mexican cuisine is so colorful, I miss it so much! My parents didn't let me to eat ceviche because of the risk of infection. I stole it from the table sometimes haha!

Tacos al pastor is my favorite. They are x10 better then a taco of asada or steak.. Just amazing. If you haven’t gone to Mexico to try them you’re definitely messing out. The meat is like butter just slides off. Simply amazing.

And we cut the meat and put it onto the khubz(flat bread) the same way. Tho for sauce we had something called tahina. You should try if you haven't it's amazing
