In turkey they have a huge variety of flavors, and they sometimes use beef or chicken, turkey, veal, mouton and even pork for Christians turks. I’ve tried many al pastor in Mexico, they all tast the same, they are not bad at all but they are not even close to the delicousnes of a real doner kebab in Germany made by Turks. @@brian1436 nope. Tacos in Baja are "adobada" not "pastor". Adobada is spicier and does not have pineapple. Mountains of pure mashed avocado (not guac per se) are the norm in Tijuana. I've tried these they're ok but just below average if you compare to any taco in TJ. The only thing whitefied is the price and venue.
