La Ronde! It’s location is one of the best out there, a island in the St.Lawerence River inside the city of Montreal! Like come on! That park should not be as bad as they are now!
I rode Shambhala while I was in Spain for my honeymoon last week. The POV's don't do it justice. We rode it 10 times, and honestly the airtime is better the further forward in the train you sit. We were getting sustained floater and ejector in the front row on every element, even the first drop. We had to have been out of our seats for 2/3 of the prime ride time. Smooth as butter, incredible view from the lift, etc etc etc can't say enough good things about it. Perfect coaster, you'll love it.
Trust me, F.L.Y. is something else. It *would* make your top 25, im almost certain of it. Colossos has an outstanding first 3rd, the rest is forceless and wasteful. last 2/3rds was a severe disappointment. 8:26 Ride to Happiness IS the best roller coaster in the world. I can confirm. Zadra is worthy of the spot you gave it. truly a world class ride.
I am pretty sure F.L.Y will get in your Top 25, it has so much Airtime, it's so weird but so good. 7:00 Yeah it's good, but a little overrated. I took part in a 90 minute ERT recently and it was epic, all our thighs were sore at the end. 8:22 Absolutely this is the best coaster, it's so good.
I'm in Korea at the moment, and have been riding T express. So far, no track problems. It's actually one of the smoothest wooden coasters I've ever ridden. The airtime IS insane. All of those small pops at the end are relentless, it's just constant ejecter airtime over and over and over in the back. Easily my #1 in the world (although I've really only experienced east coast parks). I'd say the airtime is very similar to Steel Vengence.
Thank you for taking my suggestion, Chris. It turned out to be an amazing bucket list of coasters. I've never ridden any of them and couldn't think of a better line up.
I have ridden a few of your dream rides in Asia, and I have to say that T-Express, Eejanaika, and Hakugei are all elite coasters. One coaster that has taken me by surprise is Steel Dragon 2000. I was not expecting the relentless ejector hills at the end of the ride.
The restraints on Fonix are the most comfortable that I’ve ever experienced. They actually extend and retract with your airtime moments. It’s really cool.
The RMC located in Japan was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen at a park. It reminded me of the snowy tops on Mount Fuji. Watching it, I was like, "Bro, is this even real"? It's mesmorizing
Don’t know if you’ve done it yet but it’d be cool if you did your top 25 single rides (like night ride voyage in 2019). Not you’re top 25 coasters, but your favorite ever times riding coaster (I remember lapping hurler at kings dominion at night about 15 years ago and it’s a crap ride but it was an unforgettably fun single time riding) I know this idea is a little all over the place so bye now!
I like this idea a lot. One time I was at Cedar Point and it started raining about an hour before closing time. They kept (almost) everything open and I managed to get multiple rainy night rides on Millennium, and one on Magnum. Kind of painful, but unforgettable.
As others pointed out, this idea is incredible. Me and a buddy got 3 night rides in a row on Minebuster's back row without having to leave the train and it was absoluetly hauling. Core thoosie memory right there.
Mamba at WOF is running a lot better this year compared to previous years. They adjusted the trim brakes so they don't hit as hard and you're up out of your seat for most of the second half.
@@averagecoasterenjoyer it's not a top coaster for me but I actually prefer it to Magnum XL 200, I know that's a spicy take but the Morgan trains are more comfortable and I don't think Mamba is nearly as rough as Magnum.
@idkwhattoputhere you may be right that they have the same train designer but they're not identical. The Magnum trains have less room for your legs and I was constantly bashing my knees on the seat in front of me during the ride.
I rode Mamba in June and it was kinda disappointing. There was a little more air in the 2nd half than usual but it was just kind of eh compared to the hype its getting
I can confirm Wildfire is still smooth, but because of the Topper track it feels a bit more wild. I have ridden Zadra for the first time 2 weeks ago and it's now my number 2 after Ride to Happiness.

Don't underestimate Hyperion at Energylandia. I rode it last year and was amazed by the sustained ejector airtime on the first drop and first airtime hill. I was even a bit underwhelmed by the first drop of Fury 325 because of this ride.
Expedition GeForce is near the top of my list, and I think you'd love all the great airtime on that coaster. The first drop in the back is especially insane as you get whipped to the side while flying out of your seat.

Rode Zadra for the first time (well, 7 times) last week and it's great, but it's definitely a back row ride. Yeets you all over the place, but I do think Iron Gwazi edges it. Ride to Happiness is absolutely insane. It produces sensations that I simply haven't experienced on anything else. Kondaa is also great. The ejector over those first 2 hills is crazy. You get a solid 2 seconds over the first hill, then before you've recovered you hit the outer bank and get launched again. Shambhala is the best B&M hyper I've ridden and it's not even close. It's also better than the only B&M giga I've ridden (Leviathan) by a distance. The first drop is crazy, the turnaround is awesome, the speed hill is great, and you're so exposed on those trains.

Hey Chris. Just curious why you'd classify Phantom's Revenge as an Arrow still, but not an RMC conversion as its original company? Is it simply because RMC converted it from wood to steel? I just feel like Phantom's Revenge was changed so much it's not really the original Arrow creation anymore.
I don't recall calling Phantom's Revenge an Arrow. I definitely consider it a Morgan, it's just different from your traditional Morgan ground-up hyper due to the existing ride they had to work with. Looking at the 3 original Morgans, I'm surprised that Superman is supposedly so much better.
@@AirtimeThrills it was the whole "Morgan original" statement. I see what you're saying. Not sure I'd have the same mindset of disregarding it from the grouping of Morgan's originals. A lot of amazing-looking Chinese coasters get overlooked. I think it’s because few westerners travel to China to ride roller coasters. Also the tallest coaster in China, Coaster Through the Clouds, looks like a cross between Millennium Force and Expedition GeForce.
I've actually ridden Collossos in Heide Park and the first 2 Airtime hills are INSANE. The other moments are also pretty good. And people praise El Toro even more!
Video Idea: Prelift Coasters, By the Numbers (coasters with a notable Prelift I.e Hades 360, copperhead strike, etc) Or just top 10 coaster prelift sections, ranked solely by the quality of the prelifts alone.

@@AirtimeThrills I hope you get to ride it one day. It has all your favorite features in one ride. Some of the best ejector air and great intensity throughout.
DC rivals hyper coaster is such a great ride. I love it. The whole ride has wonderful airtime and that first drop backwards in the last row is one of the craziest experiences on a coaster I’ve been on.
I think you are seriously underestimating the new age Vecoma's, and especially F.L.Y. I've ridden a a couple of the coasters in your top 15, and I'd only put Ride to Happiness above it. Don't compare it to a B&M or old Vecoma flier, it is basically a completely different type of ride.
Hey Chris, what are some of your rarest credits? I have 2 from Magic Mountain and one from Knott's. Bobsleds and Shockwave at MMand Soapbox Racers at KBF.
when you were talking about that B&M hyper you rode you were talking about the hyper, launched, hybrid, spinning, 4D, 28 inversion B&M coaster with 5 minutes of airtime at peppa pig theme park right?
Couple of important caveats regarding Ride to Happiness if you were to ride it: 1. You cannot prevent getting yourself stapled. The ride is designed to lower the lapbars automically (the ops order you to keep your arms crossed to your chest) and they will go down as far as they could go. The train will not dispatch if there’s even a slight gap. 2. The capacity, like most coasters at Plopsaland, is really poor. 3. The ride has a small, but noticable rattle. It’s nothing game-breaking by any means, but it could hampen the experience in some spots. The ride is still great, but I wouldn’t go as far as to call it the automatic masterpiece it’s been hyped up to be for the reasons above. As for Kondaa, the important thing is to not let a morning ride be your only ride. The coaster has somewhat of a habit to run a bit slow early in the day, but it is relentless once warmed up. That final run of bunny hops are some of the most aggressive I’ve ever experienced, only behind Untamed’s last few hills.
As a german Coaster Enthusiast, who was on every big Coaster in Germany, i can say that "Schwur des Kärnan" is absolutley not overrated and one of the best Coasters of all time
I've only ridden the German coasters you mention so far. I think Kärnen and Colossos are definitely worthy. F.L.Y. is fantastic and very high up on my list of favorites. It focuses more on being a well-rounded, immersive attraction than on incredible intensity. I could see where that could disappoint somebody. As a person nearing 50, I'm ok with it being less intense as long as it's fun and interesting. Under the right conditions you can get air time on F.L.Y., which is unique for flying coasters. It is by far the smoothest, most comfortable, and most immersively themed flying coaster I've ever ridden.
I have been on 439 coasters all in the US. I can list these 22 (20 of them are operational). USA (1): ArieForce One North America: Coaster (2) (PNE Playland), Superman El Ultimo Escape (SFMexico) Australia (1): DC Rivals Asia (6): Eejanaika, Hakugei, Dinoconda, T Express, Wood Coaster, Python in Bamboo Forest Europe (12): Zadra, Untamed, Wildfire, Expedition GeForce, Kondaa, Ride to Happiness, Taiga, Toutatis, Shambhala, Hyperion, Lech Coaster, Schwur des Karnan, 14 of the 22 are similar to yours. I think Colossus has too many dead spots after the drop and camelbacks.
Ah yes, the video of all the coasters I want to ride too. :3 Yeah I haven't ridden any of these as I've left the country a grand total of ONCE and it was back in 1997. Came back in 2000 and never left. :P
Great list. I think you're highly underestimating Hyperion and Taron (especially if you like Velocicoaster and Pantheon). Both are better than DC Rivals for me as an example and that's moved out of my top 25 after my recent Europe trip. Zadra, Untamed, Kondaa for sure. Expedition Geforce might not deliver what you expect from it. FLY and RTH are both amazing, but not top 25 worthy in my opinion. Also don't write off Flying Aces, even if you don't rate Skyrush.
Man, I thought this video would be coasters that should be in your top 25, but aren't because of something that could easily be fixed. I think a video like that would be awesome!
I was waiting for you to bring up Untamed at Walibi Holland. It's the definition of a short but sweet ride. It feels like you're out of your seat 50% of the ride. You're absolutely gonna love it if you ever get the chance to ride!
Shambhala is indeed wonderful--a graceful, visually beautiful, smooth ride with those great B&M restraints. It's not as forceful as, say, Superman: The Ride; the one moment I would describe as ejector is the speed hill right after the unique turnaround. It's got a lot of good floater. My one criticism of it is that the ending is weak: There's a midcourse brake run when it's almost over, and everything after that is kind of dead. But the majority of the ride is great. It's my #3.
I live really close to dc rivals hypercoaster and can easily say it's the best ride in Australia, and possibly the best mack ride, and the backwards seats are the scariest things I have ever experienced.
Kondaa and Expedition Geforce are both excellent, comfortable and filled with airtime, but Ride to Happiness is another level. Launches and inversions on a spinning coaster sure, but comfortable automatic staple-proof restraints, onboard audio and some of the strongest ejector airtime of any coaster out there make the difference.
When I was in Europe this year I had the chance to ride Kondaa, and let me tell you, it is outstanding. I ended up riding it 20 times that day by lapping the single rider line!
Taron is definately top 5 worthy ;-) I've ridden Kondaa this year and it's great! But Taron is better!! My personal top 5 is: 1. Untamed, 2. Taron, 3. Kondaa, 4. F.L.Y., 5 Fenix! Greetings from the Netherlands...
Untamed is my only RMC apart from New Texas Giant but it leapt to my #1 and that's with the shin restraints hurting me. The zero G roll overtook Tatsu's pretzel loop as my favourite element, it's nuts.
@airtime thrills trust me i've been on kondaa it's amazing also don't underestimate that lift hill, it starts slow and once the train is almost fully on the chain it suddenly speeds up like their cable lift hills ( you can this is on the POV to, just before half way you are doubled in speed wich makes it actually a good warm up before that first drop that tries to catapult you out the train were talking 2-3 seconds ejector airtime )
also i've done ride to hapiness the day after kondaa , trust me this ride is anything but tame. it's probebly the strongest our atleast most forcefull mack launch i've ever done
I am yet to do DC RIVALS backwards I have done it forwards and damn its amazing. I found it a bit to intense in some spots but backwards is just so freaky. people say it feels like someone pushed you off a 200+ ft cliff.
Eejanaika is just so over the top intense, violent, and disorienting, it’s the only ride that made me question my mortality and tear up a bit after. I haven’t ridden X2, so I cannot compare to that, but I’ve done the likes of Intimidator 305, Top Thrill, Skyrush, Maverick, a few RMCs etc. Those rides don’t even exist in the same universe. Honestly it might not be a top 25 but the first launch of Do-Dodonpa kind of exists in the same plane of “this shouldn’t be legal.”
Ride to Happiness is my current #1 coaster, Untamed and Zadra round out my top 3, my number 4 is Icon which did not make your list but I’ve heard Helix at Liseberg is even better and a bucket list coaster for me, maybe one for you to consider
Zadra is epic, but Hyperion is surprisingly close! Also shambalha was surprisingly meh. Only a little better than nitro. Wodan at Europa is great though. I think it’s slightly slightly above gold striker for me! (I love both).
I have a video idea! Remember that series you did that was like “every coaster that ********** needs the most?” Well, you should do another one, this time about Major European parks!
I just wanna point out the airtime on untamed Every moment of airtime feels like -1.2 - -1.5 g and it’s just insane And I don’t think the switchback hill on zadra gets enough attention because it’s my favorite element ever
I heard when you take rmc over your kids airtime thrills will pin your comment..

Haha
Yep, I can confirm that's what I did
I don’t need family,I need ejector airtime

I've actually ridden Collossos in Heide Park and the first 2 Airtime hills are INSANE. The other moments are also pretty good.
And people praise El Toro even more!
Flying Dinosaur excised, eh? Damn there are a lot of coasters I still need to ride. I need a Time Turner pronto
Shouldn't there be a Question Mark on Arie Force One's opening date?
You should do "Top 15 coasters that SHOULDN'T be in my top 25" next...
I'm also surprised Schwur des Karnan was only an honorable mention
Hahaha starting with Rip Ride Rockit
@@AirtimeThrills It's in my top ten only because of my lack of going to most big places outside of Disney and Universal
The ride to happiness hype as best in the world is definitely picking up. I’d love to ride it and really see if it lives up to the hype.
I might be crazy but I think ride to happiness is UNDERrated on this list
Video Idea: Prelift Coasters, By the Numbers (coasters with a notable Prelift I.e Hades 360, copperhead strike, etc)
Or just top 10 coaster prelift sections, ranked solely by the quality of the prelifts alone.
Love your visa, especially ones where you talk about coasters I know about! Maybe a good video idea is to talk about theming on rollercoasters?
Just wrote this one up, will give you a shoutout when it drops
Top 5 for each manufacturer i.e vekoma, arrow, intamin etc.
Video idea: Top 10 elements that don't exist in real life, but should.
I just love this guy's job, I would just love to go with any of these UA-camrs who do these coaster vids just once.... But to have this as your job just incredible......somebody take me to a park....
I wish riding backwards on DC rivals was cheaper because it's so amazing.
Airtime... I've been a fan of yours for maybe 4 years.. I haven't been on a coaster for 3... I stumbled upon cedar point this weekend and bam.... I rode Gemini.. with a bad back... Probably the most fun coaster (besides racer) I've ever ridden but with your advice... Thanks b.. u that dude
Gemini is nothing but fun
I think you may have overlooked Helix at Liseberg. It is an absolutely phenomenal ride!
I didn't overlook it for this list, i just dont think a ride like that would crack my personal top 25
@@AirtimeThrills I hope you get to ride it one day. It has all your favorite features in one ride. Some of the best ejector air and great intensity throughout.
What about Toutatis ? After all, Pantheon is near your Top 25 and Toutatis seems to be a lot better
Sheepje i am NOT your user name
How about Prime Ride Time for Eurofighters and Infinity Coasters?
Hey Chris, what are some of your rarest credits? I have 2 from Magic Mountain and one from Knott's. Bobsleds and Shockwave at MMand Soapbox Racers at KBF.
I would say my rarest credit is Windjammer from Knott's
@@AirtimeThrills Don't you mean "Headslammer? Lol
With those awesome bricks by your ears oh yeah
coaster dash has ride to happiness ranked over zadra,i can see that tbh
when you were talking about that B&M hyper you rode you were talking about the hyper, launched, hybrid, spinning, 4D, 28 inversion B&M coaster with 5 minutes of airtime at peppa pig theme park right?
No it was the other one at Peppa Pig Theme Park
@@AirtimeThrills oh yeah daddy pigs coaster right?
Couple of important caveats regarding Ride to Happiness if you were to ride it:
All the coasters look like a real good time and fun.
Lech and FLY, surely will be in your 25. This rides leave you speechless 🔥 sometimes I feel the vest is needed. Peace ✌️
Regional roller coaster "trails". IE a roadtrip that hits several top tier rollercoasters and some smaller coasters at hard to find spots.
As a german Coaster Enthusiast, who was on every big Coaster in Germany, i can say that "Schwur des Kärnan" is absolutley not overrated and one of the best Coasters of all time
I rode both Shambhala and Zadra this summer and I'd agree that there's no way they won't make your top 25. They were just incredible
USA (1): ArieForce One
North America: Coaster (2) (PNE Playland), Superman El Ultimo Escape (SFMexico)
Australia (1): DC Rivals
Asia (6): Eejanaika, Hakugei, Dinoconda, T Express, Wood Coaster, Python in Bamboo Forest
Europe (12): Zadra, Untamed, Wildfire, Expedition GeForce, Kondaa, Ride to Happiness, Taiga, Toutatis, Shambhala, Hyperion, Lech Coaster, Schwur des Karnan,
14 of the 22 are similar to yours.
7:34 haha
I rode Abyssus and Formula in Energylandia and the vests didn't bother me at all. Abyssus is even in my top 15 our of 200.
I want PTC by the numbers since they are the classic wooden coaster
You're absolutely gonna love it if you ever get the chance to ride!
you should do "usa theme parks" map on geoguessr, sounds like a really fun idea.
We’re getting high concept with these lists now 😂😂😂
Shambhala is indeed wonderful--a graceful, visually beautiful, smooth ride with those great B&M restraints.
W vid I really wanna ride fury and Hyperion as those are the number 1 bucket list coaster in and out of us for me
Awesome video!
Did you forget Hyperion?
I didn't, I just don't think that would be top 25 worthy based on what I have heard
Between this channel and Canobie Coaster, I'm hoping one of you does a list of Top 10 free-admission amusement parks.
When I was in Europe this year I had the chance to ride Kondaa, and let me tell you, it is outstanding. I ended up riding it 20 times that day by lapping the single rider line!
Here's an idea for you Chris .... Top 25 defunct coasters YOU wish you had the chance to ride, but never did.
video idea- Top ten coasters that got built the quickest and top ten coasters that took the longest to be built!
I’m surprised to see that you did not talk about hurricane roller coaster/beyond the cloud, a wicked looking Mack launched hyper in china
that one does look cool but I really doubt it'd be top 25
Video idea: best mine coasters you’ve been on, best dark rides, best themed lands
A good idea could be top 5 countries for coasters
That is a good idea...
The zero G roll overtook Tatsu's pretzel loop as my favourite element, it's nuts.
i went on t-express in july, its mental. Most intense wooden coaster easy. But also is quite rough and is showing its age.
Id be very surprised if Helix is top 25 worthy given other coasters ive ridden that are somewhat similar
I just wanna point out the airtime on untamed
Every moment of airtime feels like -1.2 - -1.5 g and it’s just insane
And I don’t think the switchback hill on zadra gets enough attention because it’s my favorite element ever
I have rode Untamed yesterday, and i can tell you its one of the best RMC's i have ever been on.
😀
