You rock any look including no hat or wig at all. FYI you will prob need to get the wigs cut by a hairstylist and they will look much more natural. Remember, who ever cares about you doesn’t care if you have hair or not, everyone else doesn’t even matter.
You look amazing! You are so beautiful, and your gorgeous eyes really stand out. This is hard, but you are strong and beautiful inside and out. It was great to meet you the other week (on the Independence of the Seas) and we are cheering you on. You are amazing.
She really looks gorgeous. She's so beautiful, even without hair. But I do feel your sadness. It will grow back so hold steady, stay positive, it will be ok. Sending hugs.
I concur, Elise you look beautiful! The outside matches the inside ( your beautiful ❤️). I see a bob in your future, you totally have the face for it. You’re in my prayers for healing of the tumors and peace and comfort when you need it. 🙏🏽🥰
I know this is a old video I'm just watching it. Glad you didn't have cancer losing hair for any reason is a shock. I lost my hair 2013 due to breast cancer 6 chemo treatments did a number on my hair. My husband shaved my head we cried we laughed. Trust me I loved my shaved head so easy my hair was fine hair anyway so I never worn a hat or a dorag. I now have hair it came back 2023 I wear it in a bob style now. But truly your eyes stand out like mine did you can go shaved you look great.
Jason you're awesome for how well you support Alisa! I would cry my eyes out if I had to cut my hair off. My sister did when she had cancer a few years ago and she rocked some awesome wigs. It'll grow back. Big hugs for you both.
You are so fabulous, I love your attitude! 👏🏼👏🏼 I can’t even imagine having to do this when it isn’t your choice. Shaving my head when it was my choice was difficult enough. 😂😂 There are so many benefits to having a shaved head and my goodness you really rock this hair! Really do. The shaved head makes your smile look so much bigger!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼
You look great! Like Jason said, you have a nice shaped head. I cried a little when Jason was shaving your head, not because you had to shave your head but because the love that you two share for each other is so inspirational. Sending you lots of love. You got this!
I started following your channel recently. I love this video. It was a bit sad. Since I didn’t know the reason. But when your husband. Which by the way it’s so supportive. Said that he will do the same if you wanted him to. That may me very happy. You guys are a lovely couple. And there’s a lot of love in the air. 😊😊😊
only just discovered you guys and found this video about 6 or 7 into the mix, i did think initially you were a cancer survivor but so glad this wasnt the case, other conditions like cysts arent as dangerous but can be equally devastating especially to a woman, your rocking the no hair look, beauty from inside you shines outwards, your husband is a good man who is your anchor, lean on him when you feel low hes strong enough for you both, and one day he will need you. thats what being married is all about.
Same here. I was watching this lovely couple enjoying London in my country and enjoying seeing their enthusiasm and genuine enjoyment of their trip. I too did not know what Alisa's situation was and I feel very humbled and upset to hear Alisa's story. I so much wish Alisa and Jason a great and long happy time together and will look forward to catching up with their further trips. Big hugs from "over the pond" ❤❤
You’re a beautiful woman with or without hair! This actually looks really good on you because of how lovely your face is. Just love yourself while you deal with it. Wishing you healing and strength through your journey 💜
As I am sure that making this video wasn’t easy for you, you have just touched the heart of everyone watching it. Thank you for sharing such a personal moment with all of us.
First of all, I’m so glad to hear that you don’t have cancer. Second of all you look so cute to bald! You’re a Beautiful woman… and you do have the option to wear wigs in the meantime. Hair will grow back. Thank you for being vulnerable to share this journey ❤️
As a man who had one removed it is totally different compared to a woman . Society pays to much attention to how a woman looks by her hair . You look gorgeous, your true beauty shines
I don’t know what to say except you handled this situation with such beauty and grace . Your emotional strength has moved me . Best of luck in your journey I will be following along ❤️
I know exactly how you feel. I suffered an aneurysm last October and had a patch up top where they shaved my hair to cut my scalp open. They had to in order to save my life and release the fluid and blood in my brain. My hair was almost to my butt. It had been my lifeline because I don't have a nice smile that people can see. My hair was so pretty and I always had people running their hands through it. But after 2 weeks in ICU, it was so tangled . I had staples and looked like Frankenstein. My sister worked and worked and worked to get the tangled mat out. In December, my hair started to fall out in chunks. I cried a lot. There were a lot of emotions just from what had happened to me and my hair situation made it worse. In January I got most of it cut off. It was for me a new start. I actually like it shorter and it gives my head a chance to heal and grow new healthier hair. Your hair will come back, probably healthier than before. The important thing is that you are healthy.
I cried a little watching this. I have struggled with fine hair my whole life and I understand what our hair means to us. You look amazing and I am excited to see your journey. I love all your videos especially the cruising ones….both you and Jason are a cute couple who I enjoy following. Seeing this today, really shows his love for you! Rock on!!!
The important thing is you got the cysts taken care of. There are some great varieties in wigs now a days. NOTHING wrong with a shaved head either. Many women look great shaved. Even the biggest stars wear wigs. Dolly Parton mentioned in an interview that she loves them. ❤️❤️❤️
I see a strong beautiful woman!! I'm so sorry that you had to go through this traumatic time. I loved seeing you so excited over the wigs and getting to try new things with styles and colors. I hate having to mess with my hair, I think Jason's right, you're going to get spoiled not having to deal with it. 😂
For me Hat # 2 is my favorite! I had your experience in 2006, I went into surgery at Cabrini in alexandria with Dr Dowd for a 1 inch cut to biopsy a brain tumor. The surgery took a radical turn and I woke up to no hair because the tumor was way bigger than the 1 inch area so it had to be removed. I just wore cute hats, colorful turbins, and embraced new wigs in colors I was always scared to make permanent. When Jason shaved the 1st strip of hair away from your face your beauty beamed thru without the distraction of hair. Your Gorgeous, Rock On!!
Your gorgeous and brave ! I had to shave off my hair because of chemo 8 years ago.. I feel your tears it was traumatic, but I bought two wigs and stopped wearing 6 months after last chemo.. your right, it will grow back!! 🤗 I like wig number 2 and 4!
🥰 My hubby shaved both of our heads when I was losing my hair due to chemo years ago. After the initial emotion of it...I found it rather liberating. I opted for hats and scarves instead of a wig. Do what you feel fortable with!
Alisa, I’m so sorry you are going thru this challenge in your life, but, you are facing it with dignity and positivity! What has helped me with hair growth is a product called Great Lakes collagen and peptides. It is tasteless and I just put it in green tea. You will be amazed at how well it works. Take care and wishing you many great things on your journey!
Alisa..I met you and Jason on Panorama 50th Anniversary cruise. I cried watching this. This video was extremely brave of you. Let me say wigs are amazing. I have lots of them. You are so beautiful with hair, with a shaved head or a wig. When Jason said he will shave his hair too..that made my heart melt..I am a wig queen..u need to make the part look natural. That is done by plucking the part..it might be best to go to a beautician to do that for you. Or look up YT vids on how to do it💜💜💜
I’m crying for you! I lost a lot of my hair two years ago almost to the day from a very bad salon incident. I have so much empathy because hair is such a big part of a woman’s identity. I am sending love and hope for brighter times moving forward!
You're so courageous sharing this extremely vulnerable moment with us. You look beautiful!! Your hair will grow back. Stay positive! YOU GOT THIS and you get to play with different style wigs! ✨️ The nail and hair vitamins is my favorite! It has worked for me so far. Give yourself some grace as well. Sometimes we need to go through something huge in order to come out stronger on the other side. This can be a fresh start for you. I've been going through a lot of things this past year so can't wait to see your journey. Only great things from here. ❤
I have watched most of your videos. I am always a silent watcher and never comment but felt it was necessary this time. First, thank goodness it's not cancer as most people probably thought at first. Second, I did shed tears for/with you because I cant imagine how traumatic it must've been. You look absolutely beautiful and dont forget that! Sending positive thoughts your way!
This was so hard for my boyfriend and I to watch! We both cried! I’m crying now just saying this! We both love watching all your videos it lifts our sprits and then to see you go through this I can’t even imagine what you must have felt! We just really feel for you and we are sending out positive energy to you! You are so brave and an inspiration! Jason is so supportive!!! I’m so glad to see you smile!!
No amount of hair loss can ever change the true essence of what makes you beautiful. Add to that the love that surrounds you between your family and your followers.... And there you have it. SO much to be thankful for and we all love you. Carry on living to the max!
First of all girl you look BEAUTIFUL! you are brave and we give you our full support. Whether you white or black our hair is our (women) crowning glory. I agree with Jason you got a good looking cranium. May God continue to heal you as you continue this journey. Love ❤️ you!
I can't imagine how hard this must have been. You are still so beautiful! I look forward to seeing your journey both with your hair and your weight loss.
First I am so glad it's not anything like cancer. I started another video and noticed your hair was different and someone commented that they loved the wig you picked and I panicked. You are still so beautiful!
I'm a guy..Have had those scalp cysts. Traumatic as one is never sure if there will be more in future.I appreciate it's especially tough for women. All credit to you for allowing this to be shown and thanks for letting it be filmed. It will help others who experience a similar situation. Incidentally...you look fine shaved.
Just had my 1st chemo treatment last week knowing hair loss is coming. I can relate, I have several hats and waiting on my new wings to arrive. You are strong and have a positive attitude.
This made me cry for you. I went thru breast cancer in 2018 and lost about 50% of my hair, but did not shave it. My hair is very similar to yours in texture and amount and it was hard for me. I am a former hair stylist and ended up cutting it into a very short bob to cover the missing hair, as it was around my perimeter of my head. I still struggle with have very thin spots, but for the most part it has all grown back. Thank you for sharing and I look forward to watching your journey
What a brave lady….so precious to think of others while going through such a difficult experience yourself…And those beautiful blue eyes …who can look at anything else…protect your self from the sun …and take the money your saving in hair products and buy you some beautiful earrings …All those hats are fantastic….Just know you inspire all to be brave ❤️from TX
I love how supportive Jason is! And Alisa, your eyes are more sparkly! My hair is thin like yours and I have NEVER been able to have long hair. You can pull this shaved head look off because of your beautiful smile and sparkly eyes!
Alisa, I had started following your videos when my husband and I started cruising and when you and Jason were just cruising on Carnival. When COVID hit we didn't travel like we wanted to, I stopped watching the videos for a while, we are going on our first Norwegian cruise. I thought no one will give a better tutorial and know more about Norwegian than EECC travels. I saw one of your videos about tips about cruising on Norwegian. I saw your hair and I'm like Alisa has got such a cute hair style going on. I have always admired your and Jason's marriage you two are really made for each other and always lift each other up. You are such a strong person, and you are stronger together. Jason's comment was great when he started shaving. "This looks cool" And he did it like a champ, he just took little pieces, and he was so conscience of your stiches. You totally rocked all of those hats. The lighter wigs were definitely better. Sorry that I am late to posting to this video, I hope it doesn't bring up bad memories. I look forward to seeing all of your amazing wigs. Keep traveling and keep being an inspiration. :)
Just found your channel and watched the Bermuda trip. My wife and I are looking to do this trip as our first cruise. Then I came across this video. Let me just say you are so brave and so strong. Keep rocking and I look forward to watching more of your videos!
Props to you. You are a very brave woman and I am super impressed by your integrity and willingness to share such a hard thing. I wish you well and I wish you no more cysts! (I've gone through the same and need to have my own lumps removed, again, soon.). For what it's worth, I think you would look really good with a bob. That length looked great. Loved hat #2 and #3, but would worry about sun on your neck with #2.
This is such a venerable thing to share on the internet. I'm so happy u two have each other. I'm sure this wasn't easy but u seem to have took it like a champ. Love u guys.
Girlfriend, you are so brave to be sharing this with us! Turning this page, when you are ready, have some fun with it! You are in my thoughts and prayers. 💜
Watch your video again. The radiance on your face and the sparkle in your eyes really come to life when your hair is gone. You are gorgeous! Your features are so perfect for a shaved head (or even short hair). You have such a fun, sassy, spunky attitude that just springs to life without all the hair. The wigs from Amazon are made for you to take to the salon so your stylist can cut and style them. You can wear them straight out of the bag, but they're made to be cut and shaped. I live right next door in Mississippi!
I can't tell you how much I love you right now....I lost most of my hair when I had my children....I was 23 and devastated. I am in my 60's now and have learned to adapt a very short hairstyle along with blond dye to live with a situation I can't change. I never wanted to wear wigs because I figured they'd be hot. It has meant that I practically own stock in hairspray...I don't swim because my hair is like cotton candy and disappears when wet. I am a cruiser too and avoid windy days as much as I can. All that aside, the older I get, the less it bothers me. Watching you be so very brave shaving your hair for all of us to see....I have no words... I have to let you know that my ex (who is very funny) told me I should shave my head and get rabbits tattooed all over my scalp....because from a distance they look like hairs (hares)....dontcha love it!!! Will watch your journey with interest....
Hey the first thing I noticed about you when I first started following y’all was your eyes...they are beautiful and your eyes express everything about YOU. You do what you have to do that makes YOU happy. Luv y’all ! 😊❤️
This was so hard for me to watch! I’m crying now just seeing this. I just really feel for you and send positive energy to you! You are so brave and an inspiration! Jason is so supportive!!! I’m happy to see you smile!! you are fortunate to have Jason, you can tell he loves you and supports you so much!
First I want to say that you are very brave documenting this for us. I want you to know you really do look good with a shaved head! I know for me, even if people said I looked good, I would not feel comfortable, so I get it. Wigs are a great option but the hats also look good for when you don't feel like wearing the wig. I hope your hair grows back even better than before and quickly. Best wishes! Btw, you are fortunate to have Jason, you can tell he loves you and supports you so much!
Stay strong and positive you got this your a beautiful person. I was there had to shave my hair also was diagnosed with cancer didn’t have any choice but it grew back .it’s traumatic your hair is everything but your health is more important stay strong you have wonderful support 💕🌺🌸
This must of been so hard for you but wow have you made this so proactive & positive for other people going through anything like this. You will rock this like everything you do!! Inspiring! Thanks for sharing with us.
awww Alisa my heart goes out to you. I am catching up on vids as I was in Ireland for 6 weeks, my Dad passed. My son donated to locks of love just cause he grew his for two years and just wanted a hair cut. I have seen more recent vids and your hair is growing in so beautiful. you are awesome with or without! Jason is right, you totally can pull off the no hair look.
I have very thin hair as well and have had it for approximately 40 years. I understand how you have felt. Praying your hair will grow stronger and more beautiful than ever. Beauty is how we see ourselves 🥰 You are beautiful 🙌🏼
You are so beautiful and such an inspiration! Yes I will follow your channel and pray that you get everything you need. It's so nice to see a husband and wife work so well together. I've watched some of your adventures and think you guys are a riot! You got this!
Alisa…what an inspiration you are. This video was REAL. The way Jason showed his love in such a caring and supportive way was absolutely wonderful to see. Thank you for sharing your journey with us -it does help people. You are BEAUTIFUL any which way!!
Alisa, you are an absolute rockstar! I fully understand the trauma of losing your hair as a cancer survivor but you are such a light in this world and I’m in awe of your bravery and strength. It will grow back but honestly you look amazing with or without hair.
Alisa I’m sure you’re sick of hearing this by now, but I’m a hairstylist and you honestly look GREAT with a bald head. I really think when your hair grows in you will ROCK the hell out of a short haircut! .You have such a feminine face and beautiful smile you can wear your hair long or short and look amazing 🤩 Thank you for sharing such a vulnerable moment in your life with us. I know it’s not easy. BTW Good job to Jason on being so supportive and positive. you both are really inspiring to watch. ♥️
despite this traumatic experience, you talk so positively and honesty about this, you're a very special person to share. can I add though...you kind of suit short/no hair! it suits you so much! the wig looks spectacular but you have the option to have cropped hair or long in a wig and that versatility is cool ...but genuinely, consider keeping your style short because it suits your face so much!
Alisa, first of all you are beautiful ❤️ I love that you donated it to make wigs for cancer patients. I am a cancer survivor, 23 when I had pre borderline ovarian cancer. Lucky for me they did a complete hysterectomy, and I didn’t need chemo, or radiation. I lead a team every year in the cancer society’s Relay for Life, and over 12 years raised over $12,000. During one of those years after letting my hair grow quite long I had it cut off, not shaved, at the relay, and donated to make wigs for cancer patients. I mom and dad were there, and very proud of me. Another of those years my 8 year old niece also had her hair cut off to make wigs for cancer patients. My heart goes out to you beautiful lady. 💗💗💗
Alisa I cried watching this. I could feel the pain in your voice. But girl, you look AMAZING with a shaved head. Beautiful eyes and an even more beautiful heart!!!!!
The one you have now in your Prima video looks🎊🎉🎊 Wonderful!! Thanks again for sharing!! I use to wear wigs all the time, my girlfriend & I would go to lunch & switch. Our co-workers would freakout & say you looked different before lunch! We had fun with it for months! Enjoy it! 🎉🎊🎉
You may look different on the outside….but you’re such a beautiful person on the inside….and that’s really what matters! I just started watching your videos and I thought you had cancer. I actually love your hair shorter….it suits your bubbly personality! Keep your sense of humour & keep that wonderful husband of yours! You have a great shaped head. Sending hugs from 🇨🇦!
Poor thing...I feel for you...you're beautiful inside and out!! I know right now it's no consolation, but your hair will grow back. you are doing such a great thing by donating the rest of your hair to someone less fortunate. Take good care!
Struck down with total alopecia ten years ago. I’m a guy so it’s not such a big deal. It was an excuse to get hats of different kinds. I go swimming every day so it’s much easier with no hair. Cold in the winter (Scotland) and watch out for the sun in the summer. You will not need to worry by the summer.
I'm seeing this for the first time 11 months later, but I think you did a very brave thing and what was probably your best option anyway. You look fantastic with very short hair! Thank you for addressing up front you dont have cancer. I for one was worried.
This is hard, but know that there are folks praying for you. Your attitude is amazing. Your husband is amazing. And, you looked amazing in the hats and wigs. I love your positive spirit!
I am so glad you don't have cancer. May I say, you look fabulous with super short hair. Having been through chemo, I empathise with the emotions (so many) of shaving off longer hair. Pre-chemo, my hair was shoulder length, dark brown with a sprinkling of silver. Months later,, when it started to grow back, it was white! White eventually became grey with sprinkling of dark brown (if you really looked for them!) BUT it did grow back. After months of no hair, I quite got used to it. Even super short hair I enjoyed and would have kept it that way but it made my Mom sad. Good on you (both) for getting out there and taking the on the world!
Hello. I just watched your video and I understand. I suffer from alopecia and lost the hair at the top of my head 10 years ago. It is very traumatic and cry worthy but you will get through this stage. I’m sorry for your loss but your hair will grow back and that’s the bright side. I don’t wear anything on my head now. I shave it bald but that’s a process too. Once the stitches come out I think you can go au natural. As for the wigs I didn’t like them too much but you put on wigs from the back of your head and pull it forward. Blessings to you!
So happy to hear you don' t cancer..I was tearing up thinking the worst...not to minimize your own medical issues which clearly is an on-going issue. It must have been shocking since you were not expecting that much loss that day......easier said than done to just shave it and deal with it...., but remember, we love your personality, your warmness and instant connection you make with all of us as I'm sure you do with all those who you come in contact with. As the saying goes, we don't mind change....we just don't want to BE CHANGED...so once you come to terms with what happened, and think of your options you will regroup and feel better. A therapist says, reframe it and say....this is not happening to you, but for you.....try to find the reason. That hair you donated is amazing. My cousin needed a real hair wig for her Stage 4 cancer that at the present is showing no visible signs (thank God) but the real hair wig was $2900.00 Its beautiful and looks natural but that donated hair will make the world of difference to someone. I now see you in London, hair growing back and you opted to put the wig on which looks great, but you look awesome with the short hair too.....but once you speak to friends, family or new people as you travel....its is your heart they will notice most.....stay well. I enjoy your channel.
OMG , I knew you had been through a lot, but not this. I know it had to be such a shock but you are strong and I am sure Jason and the kids were there for you which makes a world of difference. Glad to see you living your best life now.
I wish you the best. So sorry about your hair, but it will grow back even stronger than before. You are very pretty, hair or no hair. Stay positive and keep on keeping on.
I have been with my husband for 23 years. I started watching your channel as research when I booked our first family cruise almost 2 years ago. I learned a lot and want to say thank you for the information. We had a wonderful cruise thanks to your shared knowledge. However I continue to watch your videos because I just love the way you and Jason are together and can see that you two are the best of friends. Marriage is hard but worth it if you put in the effort to care for your spouse the way they deserve. You could see, in this video especially, that when you needed strength he wanted to support you and that he wanted to be there for whatever you needed. I love watching the adventures you go on and the way you both love and respect each other. It is very refreshing to see. You are beautiful and strong and I wish you the best on your new challenge. ❤️
I cried along with you. Really, I gasped when the hair was gone and saw just how beautiful you are. Time will heal and it will grow those locks back. I am going through something very similar and the power of a good wig and a cute wrap has done wonders. We will be supporting you every step of the way. ♥️
I've been recently following your van life videos and ran across your hair story. You are so brave to share your story., which made me cry too. Jason is an incredible sweet supportive husband, which I'm sure you know and appreciate. You do have a beautiful shaped head that can pull off the bald look. I wish you the best in your hair journey and many Happy travels with your sweet husband and terrific kids. Vegasgma a fellow van traveler!
You are so brave! I cried with you! 😢 Very glad it is not cancer. You are so beautiful! Hugs to you from NH! ❤️ We are all here for you!❤️ Now go rock those wigs!
This is the bravest vid on yt! I don't know how you videoed this... I'm crying for you! However, you're getting ready time just got cut in half! And your eyes absolutely glow! And so does your smile!
Alissa...hair is an accessory, change can be difficult. Jason is so loving, supportive and complimentary. You've got this and will persevere through this chapter of your life. PS Some women of color have been and continue to accessorize their hair for generations by using wigs and extensions for all types of reasons. It's all in your perception. PPS- Go Red!!
Sending hugs. We women spend so much time and effort on our hair. I have to tell you how fantastic you look without any. I'd love to see the regrowth progress in the next couple of months. Embrace the time where you don't have to fuss with it. Be proud of that wonderful shape. Hang in there. I can only imagine the tears, but your hubby did a fantastic job as he helped with the head shave.
Your laughter and smiles are beautiful! Any wig that you choose will make you look beautiful. Get you different colors, highlights short as well. Whatever you do just know we hear and see your beautiful smile.
Good luck and great travels, Alisa! This is your summer to embrace the new. 1) You are gorgeous, with or without hair. Jason is right about the awesome Sinead O'Connor vibe. Kristen Stewart did a blonde buzz in "Underwater" (2020). My Honorable Youngest Offspring did a total shave at the beginning of the COVID-19 times and now keeps it short. You are on-trend and rock it well, madam! 2) It's a brutal summer, so stay vigilant with sunburn care. Your scalp is more important than any coverup. 3) The ballcap is the sweetest look, and it does let the scalp show through, which is fine. Also, scarves are something that works for you. 4) If the daily scalp routine needs a break, then get a couple of higher quality wigs. 5) When in doubt, what would Dolly Parton do?
Oh Alisa My heart goes out to you. That would have been so hard for you to see that upon waking. You are so brave for doing this video. You still look beautiful with that smile you still manage to pull out through the emotion. Am loving the wig in your latest video on the cruise. You have that wonderful husband who loves and support you. Wish you the best.
Life is a journey and I am going to take this experience and make something good out of it... Join the journey: ua-cam.com/channels/biMfOQX2t6bOolJ9IBKSiw.html
Hug. You're still beautiful to me. #brave
Right? Seems like the cruise restart just happened yesterday. It’s amazing how much has changed, for the better, in just over a year.
You look beautiful!
You look beautiful! Some people can rock the shaved look and you are one of them! 💜
Have to comment while I’m watching.. that last wig color is gorgeous! Looks great on you!
She really looks gorgeous. She's so beautiful, even without hair. But I do feel your sadness. It will grow back so hold steady, stay positive, it will be ok. Sending hugs.
Sending love from the UK, but honestly you look fantastic xx
I concur, Elise you look beautiful! The outside matches the inside ( your beautiful ❤️). I see a bob in your future, you totally have the face for it. You’re in my prayers for healing of the tumors and peace and comfort when you need it. 🙏🏽🥰
You look beautiful with no hair. When the stitches heal, you can totally rock the no hair look -you are gorgeous.
There are so many benefits to having a shaved head and my goodness you really rock this hair!
Yes, Jason is a keeper!
Same here. Such a sweet moment and true love!❤️
Agreed. I smiled AND cried, but only because of the tenderness and loving, encouragement he showed to you and you to him. Prayers, sweet lady. 🙏😘
only just discovered you guys and found this video about 6 or 7 into the mix, i did think initially you were a cancer survivor but so glad this wasnt the case, other conditions like cysts arent as dangerous but can be equally devastating especially to a woman, your rocking the no hair look, beauty from inside you shines outwards, your husband is a good man who is your anchor, lean on him when you feel low hes strong enough for you both, and one day he will need you. thats what being married is all about.
Society is so stupid, bunch of jerks. Completely ignore society is the best way to live and be happy!
Bless you
I cried a little watching this.
Around the house I don’t wear anything on my head and it’s nice. I am getting used to it.
I respect your courage and honor you, things will definitely get better, God bless you and your family..
Aww you’re beautiful inside and out with or without hair. You got this! We’re here for you!
Thank you for your honestly and vulnerability. That could not have been easy and further showcases your inner beauty.
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽. Thank you for sharing your story. Know you have support and prayer!!!!
We all love you Alisa, We will be with you thru this.
Just had my 1st chemo treatment last week knowing hair loss is coming. I can relate, I have several hats and waiting on my new wings to arrive. You are strong and have a positive attitude.
❤️❤️❤️ sending you love
❤❤❤ love and positive thoughts to you!
Sweet girl, you are so brave!
A Wig and a Prayer may be a good place to check out. Thank you for sharing your journey.
Alyssa, you rock!!! You are gorgeous inside and out, hair or no hair! Sending you love and prayers as you continue on this journey.
What a brave lady….so precious to think of others while going through such a difficult experience yourself…And those beautiful blue eyes …who can look at anything else…protect your self from the sun …and take the money your saving in hair products and buy you some beautiful earrings …All those hats are fantastic….Just know you inspire all to be brave
❤️from TX
I love how supportive Jason is! And Alisa, your eyes are more sparkly! My hair is thin like yours and I have NEVER been able to have long hair. You can pull this shaved head look off because of your beautiful smile and sparkly eyes!
Thanks Tami! I have about an inch and a half of hair now and it looks better.
You got this girl!! So proud of you for sharing this
Props to you.
You did not lose your looks at all. Thank you for being brave to share. It will help others going through something similar.
Your hair is going to grow back with the best layers ever!!!! You look beautiful can’t take that smile away and hubby is the best!
So sorry you had to go through this. Sending love and healing thoughts to you, Alyssa. It will grow back!
Girlfriend, you are so brave to be sharing this with us! Turning this page, when you are ready, have some fun with it! You are in my thoughts and prayers. 💜
You go girl!!! This will be your greatest, most rewarding journey of all!
Oh Alisa - you're so brave! My heart goes out to you. Sending you so much love. You're a beautiful person no matter what!! XOXO
You’re not crying, but I am. You’re physically beautiful, but your strength is the beautiful I see ❣️
Thanks for sharing You are Beautiful without your wigs!! You have encouraged so many women. Thanks again for sharing! 🎊🎉🎊So proud of you!!
Alisa - you got this girl, rock any and all the wigs. your hair will grow back!
I have very thin hair as well and have had it for approximately 40 years. I understand how you have felt.
Praying your hair will grow stronger and more beautiful than ever. Beauty is how we see ourselves 🥰
You are beautiful 🙌🏼
You are so beautiful and such an inspiration! Yes I will follow your channel and pray that you get everything you need. It's so nice to see a husband and wife work so well together. I've watched some of your adventures and think you guys are a riot! You got this!
You look great keep your head up ma’am! You guys are awesome so glad I found your channel. Much love from Fort Worth, Texas
Your beautiful inside and out. Your amazing to donate your hair to someone who has cancer. You have a heart of gold.
despite this traumatic experience, you talk so positively and honesty about this, you're a very special person to share. can I add though...you kind of suit short/no hair! it suits you so much! the wig looks spectacular but you have the option to have cropped hair or long in a wig and that versatility is cool ...but genuinely, consider keeping your style short because it suits your face so much!
You look amazing with a bald head. It really suits you. Embrace your inner beauty 😍 we love you and support you whole heartily
I'm seeing this for the first time 11 months later, but I think you did a very brave thing and what was probably your best option anyway. You look fantastic with very short hair! Thank you for addressing up front you dont have cancer. I for one was worried.
When Jason cut off the long tail in the back, I got emotional and shed some tears.
Your beauty is from within.
I’m crying by watching your video about your issue with your surgery. You are so strong to be able to share with everyone and I wish you well!
Thank you so much for your kind words ❤️
I just want you to know that your hair will never change your sweet loving joyful soul and spirit!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Thank you ❤️
I cried along with you.
Your husband was not lying. You DO look good without hair. What a beautiful gesture to donate the rest of your hair from a beautiful woman.
