It's a cool idea and it looks great.
I think when you use the molcahete that it brings out the essential oils in herbs and spices when use it versus blitzing everything in a blender or a spice grinder.

I do like the dish with the chile relleno battered & fried and finished off with the pomegranate seeds and special white sauce. It's a special dish for a Mexican holiday that has all the colors of the Mexican flag.
One of my sisters in law makes it for me and my wife when we go visit her in Houston.
We are down here in Corpus Christi, Texas and on the average our Mexican food is much more authentic at our taquerias then say Austin. In other words we have more Mex than Tex in our Tex-Mex!#

That looks amazing! I had never had a chile relleno with the poblano chilies, until the other day. I have always had the Anaheim chillies, that's what my mom always makes. The Anaheim has a lot more flavor, personally than the poblanos. I love your show!
