Crispy chorizo tacos on the cuisine art 360 griddle XL

Give these amazing tacos a go. Crispy chorizo cheesy tacos on the @cuisinartbbq 360 XL Griddle. This griddle is so unique with its round shape, you can make breakfast, lunch dinner, anything you cook on it comes out amazing.
For this cook I started off by roasting my ingredients to make salsa verde. After they were nice and charred I blended them. The chorizo I removed the casing, this way it’s easier to crisp up the chorizo all around. Let the water evaporate, then let the natural grease start to crisp up the chorizo, as soon as this happens dip your tortilla in the grease, this adds a ton of flavor. The tacos add cheese, then crisp up about 3-4 min per side on low heat, with avocado oil. I garnished these with cilantro and onion.
Salsa verde
6 large tomatillos
2 garlic cloves
1 bunch cilantro
5 green onions
3 jalapeños
2 serrano peppers
In a blender add raw garlic, 1 bunch cilantro and all charred ingredients, blend to your liking, at the end add salt and pepper to taste
