I'm close to 70 and have been making Mexican food all my life, my mother's recipes, but you come up with some new processes that make the time consuming effort, very easy. Our fried tacos 🌮 we called Indian tacos. I don’t know why, it wasn’t meant to be racist or mean. 🤷♂️🙏🏻. We liked them with fresh cilantro, tomatoes 🍅 and onions. Hot sauce optional. 😋

That is the one thing I hate about your UA-cam videos. I do not have a TV or computer in my kitchen, so having to watch the video is totally useless. But, I LOVE your recipes. My grandma use to make that and it was by accident 🤣 she was originally making Chili rehejeños but not thinking started to slice the Chiles poblaños so she just a whole bunch of cheese and I just grabbed tortillas and ate them as taquitos I was hooked she ended up making a casserole..😅
