Not sure if I mentioned this on your other vid. I have severe neuropothy from diabetes in both my legs. So lifting legs, is like lifting 100 lb weights.The point of it is, I AM ABLE to do this set. I just started these today( along with the others) I was possibly 1 count behind your count. To me, thats a miracle. LOL, now I need a rest.God bless you and yours Mr. D

DON'T GIVE UP!!! When I first started these ones (THE ONES HE SAYS WE WILL DO FIFTY REPS) I could barely raise my heels up diabetic nerve damage). I stuck
with it though, and now Ican lift them up at least 3 inches) DON'T QUIT!!

Are there any alternatives if you physically cannot lift your legs like in exercise 1. One foot can lift off the floor (and that is all). The other can't at all.
Definitely NO EXCUSES. I was deterred this morning from my exercise schedule. It didn't stop me. LOL.

GOOD MORNING!!! Today I want to share some GREAT news. I put on a pair of my jean shorts that were 4 inches that I couldn't zipper or button. Today, I AM ABLE TO!!! I do not have a scale (I would be a scale-A-Holic) if I did. So for weight, I get weighed at Dr's office. Last time I was there, I had lost a little over 4 lbs. I mention this for encouragement. KEEPA GOIN!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!! ON TO NEXT!!

One of my favorites.
Question. I have been doing exercises for awhile. Had stiffness and a little soreness ( normal). Why today after doing THESE particular ones, did 95% of that go away TOTALLY??? I WOULD THINK IT WOULD BE WORSE. Another of your sets that I love. Thanks.
No special answer. Movement creates circulation and your soreness was probably on it’s last lap.
